The staff was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. It is exceedingly rare that politeness is so natural and to the point. You really feel like a guest, which is often forgotten in hotels. The checking in and out was efficient. The room was great, with all necessary amenities, spacious and clean. For shopping lovers, the hotel is near a shopping center with plenty of opportunities for good shopping, but as I was traveling by car, what was most important for me in terms of location is that the hotel is located near the main highway. The airport is also not far, nor is the centre of the city (but not within walking distance though).

The breakfast is good but can be improved.

Good hotel representing the brand well. Really attentive service from all the staff that we came across. Good gym facilities. Good value for money if staying for work in the area but also easy to get to the centre via taxi if staying for pleasure.

Slightly dated bathrooms which are now showing their age in certain places (peeling, rust etc). However everything was clean so only a small point.

The receptionist at the desk during my check in was overwhelmed by the number if people and it took too long as he was doing it all by the book (the whole speech). Either additional receptionist should jump in at such times or the receptionist cuts short the monologue.

Snacks left behind from the previous guest. Refrigerator moldy? New receptionist short dark hear unpleasant and agreesive, facial expressions showed Disgust, dissatisfaction and is unpleasant to speak with to get done anything. Bossy as if we were kriminals, and tiffs. Night manager hostile as well.

Located in the area of offices, with nearby mall, restaurants.

Dirty bath, not cleaned when I checked in. The cleaning on the second day was not done either. I just received a new bottoe of water as complementary. The coffe cup not cleaned, neither the coffe capsules renewed.

The room is clean and big. The facilities, WLAN, TV, AC all works well. The room is quiet as well. Parking available around the hotel. To go to the center is best bei Taxi in Max 15 minutes and for less than 9 Euro.

I like Holiday Inn hotels and always try to choose it during travelling, but this hotel is a bit old, in bathroom there is a bit mold

Great location if you are coming for business reasons. In the business part of the city. Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable and cozy rooms. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Very soft beds. Maybe consider a slightly better pillow.

Trouble with espresso machine in the room. Terrible coffee indeed, but that a small thing. This place is really great!

Service of the personal was very good, and very welcoming service they had. only point is that i asked for room a little bit in adavance and i could not have it but i was very early on hotel, before 12.00.

everything was good. maybe breakfast should be included in the price. i really don ´t like with they extra charge for breakfast.
