The accommodation was really clean, beds were comfortable, and the public transport is very close so going out in the city center was not a problem at all.

If you are planning to cook for yourself the apartment lacked of cooking pots, but im pretty sure if we asked for anything the host would provide that for us because they were really helpful and were present all the time on reception. So if you are planning to cook large meals, don't be lazy like we were. The wifi was the only problem because it was disconnecting all the time.

Apartment was really clean, comfy and check-in was really easy. It is like a hotel, so reception is always there for any questions. Location is a little bit far from center, but quite and safe. Also, public transport is super cheap and close to the appartment. Also, taxi is quite cheap.

Only wifi didn't work, but we had mobile internet so didn't bothered us. Everything else was as we expected to be.

Regular homes, all floors, with all the appliances and furniture (and even nice decorative objects) Having a washing machine was a big plus, I really use it (stayed here for a long term project in Belgrade) Plenty of parking lots on the street are (always) available right in front of the building Parking lots always shade in the morning and evenings so always good to have a cool car (in the hot season) There was two balconies, facing sunrise and sunset and we used it to chill & breakfast In the next building, you have a full size supermarket with all you need (another big plus) Staff are good, understanding people keen to assist

No kettle in the kitchen, they said they have made a mass order for all rooms but not delivered yet but come on, just buy a cheap staff for your current guest. Or take from another room and put there; just find a solution. There was no microwave oven; it would be good to have in such a good place No dishwasher as well; that's a big need for people in holiday, not to waste time with that dirty dish stuff

Very large and very clean. Booked as emergency accommodation near airport after flight issue and didn’t want to spend night in airport. It was close to airport and far exceeded our expectations.

TV remotes had batteries missing so had to swop from one to another. Shower head couldn’t be attached to wall so had to hold it to shower.

Spacious, clean & well maintained property with good amenities (gym), on site parking & friendly staff. My flight was cancelled and I didn’t get in until the day after my scheduled booking as a result - the gentleman at the reception desk had kindly already reducing my booking by a day and didn’t charge me for the day I was unable to stay. This was a very nice gesture.

Comfortable, clean, big bed in a bedroom, just enough space in the living room, well equiped (utensils, fridge, washing machine...), peaceful, shops around the corner. I liked the fact that it is possible to arrive after the check in hours as there's a guard who can welcome you. Available private parking for a fee, but sometimes it is possible to find a spot on the public parking around the building.

The location might be downside for people that do not pay that much of attention on where it is. I know Belgrade well and I knew where the hotel is before booking. Bedroom is a bit smaller, but still quite ok. In general, for us everything was good as it can be seen by the rating given.

Nice big spacious rooms. Air con in all rooms was a bonus too. Close to shops.

There were not enough kitchen utensils, only one frying pan and one large saucepan. Also, the fridge was not cold enough despite being on the highest setting. Room was advertised as having iron and ironing board however we had to ask for it. Not enough hangers for 4 people.

Clean property , location was good for us ; great garage …. Everything was good !!!! we loved it. absolutely comfortable beds 🛌 which is the most important thing when staying somewhere.

we had an upgraded room on the top floor and the huge terrace was in a bad state. some tiles on the floor were broken and sometimes unsecure to walk on … so we had absolutely no interest of staying on the huge terrace which was sad 😔. A lot of pigeons were on the terrace making a lot of noise in the morning and of course the terrace looked like pigeons lived there 🤣🤨.

Easy and very convenient location when travelling - free parking space in front. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Spacious apartment with kitchen and everything you need for short or long term stay. Very quiet - had a perfect night! We will be back for sure!

I liked that it had 2 bathrooms and was very spacious and quiet

I didn t like it had bathtabs instead of showers and they were really high. I also didn t like that they didn t had locks in the bathrooms and also the lock of the main flat we couldn t lock from inside ao the baby could escape
