Recently stayed at the IN Hotel Beograd and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is modern and stylish, with beautifully designed spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious food to choose from. The hotel's location is also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and the city's main attractions. Overall, I highly recommend the IN Hotel Beograd to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in Belgrade. The staff, facilities, and location are all top-notch and I can't wait to return

The best is location-which is close to Stark arena, if you want to see there some sport matches, concerts, etc. It can be reached by feet in 5 min. Still it's 20 min away from the city center, but you can go there with taxi. The traffic is very bad in Belgrade, so I recommend moving with taxi. The room (junior suite) was nice, large. We didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment that.

My son slept on the sofa, but he complained that the mattress was not good for sleep, so maybe they should put some additional blanket bellow the sheet.

I took a chance on this small hotel because I wanted a break on a long distance trip and to stay relatively close to Belgrade's airport. But what a lovely surprise this stay was! The hotel is indeed about 15 minute drive from Nikola Tesla Airport but there is no way you will even hear a plane. Not even noise from car traffic despite being close to the main highway... Hotel is nested in a lovely residential neighborhood of Block 21, literally around the corner from Novak Djokovic's healthy cafe and sourounded by quiet, tree lined streets. A very inviting area for a quick rest. The room was of average size with no fridge, mini bar or hot water cattle but it has a safe, hair dryer, clothes storage space tons of light and a very quiet A/C. Sleep was divine, good bedding mixed with silence the location offers. There are smoking and non smoking rooms available and you can open the window if you want - what a nice idea! Staff was outstanding, from the front desk to the room cleaning staff, friendly, supportive but professional and willing to work to help resolve any issue. Great attitude and hospitality. But nothing prepared me for their breakfast which was outstanding and reason enough to stayl here every time. It went from 7:30 to 10 and was so generous and of top quality ingredients that it put to shame many of 5 star Hotels' spreads. I am not a big fan of buffet breakfast and never over indulge but here I was severely tested...

Minor niggles like front desk communication to the room or the fact that a hot water cattle rental policy wasn't explained or displayed anywhere. But the staff was genuine and looking to help and do the right thing.

Staff was very friendly and made the check in and check out very fast and efficient. Room space was very much convenient and room was nicely furnished and clean. Wi-Fi connection was OK. Breakfast was offering selection of international and Balkan quisine and was really tasty. THe hotel offers parking in hotel garage which needs to be booked in advance duer to limited space. Position of the hotel was also convenient for further connection to other parts of Beograd.

Just the view from my room was into the hotel yard which was not so nice but not really an issue.

We checked in really late, but everything was waiting for us, staff was helpful and polite. We also ordered transfer and despite late arrival driver meet us and fast we were in the hotel. Breakfast was great! Also there is an option to change some money if you (like us) arrived late and didn't have time to buy dinars. Location may be less good for those who want to explore the city but we were looking for place near train station so for us it was exactly what we need.

There is nothing to complain, the stuffs are so kind and helpful, also the rooms and the restaurants are so clean. The location is fine, by 45 minutes walking you reach the center (the path is beautiful), however the bus station is so close. There are alot of cafe, restaurants and exchange offices around the hotel, actually if you need anything in case you can find it around the hotel location easily. The breakfast is so good and with any eating habit you enjoy it.

I did like the staff, all of them were highly professional. The room was cleaned everyday even if we did not ask for that. Very clean. Also very comfortable. I also liked the private parking. It provides safety and shadow for the car. The cable TV has a numerous tv programs, and also you have a 'menu' of programs. They are alligned in perfect order.

The price for the parking is a bit expensive, but it provides enough for the money. There is cheaper option which is hidden between words form the staff. You can park outside for free on sunday, and saturday after 2 p.m. Even on working days full day parking is much cheaper, but it lacks of safety and shadow. The hair dryer is weak. There is option to ask the staff for professional hairdrier and they will be so fast to bring it up to you, but it is easier if it was in the room already. For safety reasons the windows on 4th floor are locked for full opening, I missed some fresh morning air.

The hotel placed near to the center of New Beograd - this is useful and great, you can reach it within a few minutes from any reasonable place in Beograd. Staff will meet your expectations and will help a lot with your needs. The room is comfortable and quite, and check-in/out processes are fast. One great thing: just 5 minutes walking from avenue full of restaurants

In my room the floor wasn't flat hope they will fix it soon. A door in the shower cabin fell-off in one moment but it was easy to repair. Just a bit scary

I liked location. I was traveling further early in the morning and it was important to me that it was close to the entrance to the highway. The rooms are large, spacious and well equipped.

There is no background music in lobby or at the bar and everything seems unusually quiet. There are no flowers or decorations which leaves an impression of coldness, and with some minor changes, the hotel could be a pleasant place to have a drink at the bar or hold a meeting.

The hotel is on good location,between the centar and zemun (new belgrade),you are near the highway,but you don't hear the noise from the cars.you can find parking in the garage of the hotel and infront of the hotel. It's better that in the pictures,you have everything that you need for pleasant stay. Very clean and cozy.

The staff did't know how can we pay for the parking im front of the hotel.
