The view is amazing, and it's extremely quiet and private. Debbie was wonderful in checking us in and gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which she marked on an easy to read map. They provided a baby cot and high chair for us which was really helpful when travelling with an infant. Definitely important to rent a car as whilst you can walk down to the beach, the road is fairly long and very steep.

There was no airconditioner in the main living room which meant it was very hot unless you wanted to hang out in the bedrooms the whole time, though of course they cannot control the weather!

Very-very spacios villa with amazing view. 3 balconies in the villa! There are lots of furniture pieces and different zones to seat, lay, relax and eat. You can walk to the nearest beach 15 minutes. You can wash your clothes for free in the laundry room. There became a problem with pipes leacking in the bathroom, but the host came to us at night to stop the water. Seperate gratitude to the hosts: they are extremely hospital, friendly and helpful. Debbie provided with full map guide across the island, tips where to go, what to see, the restaurants and beaches.

Air conditioner is only in the bedroom, we opened the door between the bedroom and living room to cool the hall, it worked a bit. Sheets and towels would be good to renew, they were not clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sailfish Villas, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt like a valued guest. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They also gave me a map with handwritten notes and explained which restaurants will be open at night in Seychelles. The two bedroom villa was amazing with a nice view of the sea. And close to Grand Anse beach. And for the Price its a steal. Highly recommended !!!

Beautiful view and quiet location. The apartment is huge and spotless. To enjoy your stay you will need a car in this area. The owner helped us with all our requests, questions. He was very helpful and also knowledgeable, all his recommendations were excellent. This was the only place in Seychelles with good internet connection.

Sharp, different sized knifes in the kitchen would be useful. The room size would allow bigger beds. We were friends travelling and bigger beds or separate beds would have been great.

Nice classical Villa with a big terrace and 2 balconies all with fantastical sea views, a big hall connected with a kitchen, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are security detectors, parking, and self-laundry possibilities, very friendly host who ordered us a car and provided full information about the surroundings, beaches and shopping possibilities.

There is no conditioner In the big hall and the kitchen in March was very hot, you can open all windows and the glass door to the terrace for a breeze but it doesn't help a lot at least for guests from Nordeurope

The house was amazing in a very quiet neighborhood and with awesome views to the ocean. Only for having breakfast with those views every morning every penny was worthy. The house has everything needed to spend your vacations there. Around the area there are several small shops where you can buy grocery and few restaurants. The beach Anse soleil (amazing) and petite anse are around 10 min far. Mr. Hubert was very welcoming. He informed us at the beginning of our stay where to go and the most recommendable points and whenever we needed something he was always there. I definitely recommend this place to stay.

We booked this stay for a last minute 5 days trip, and we didn’t regret. The view is breathtaking. The hosts are nice. The price is unbeatable. We will definitely come back.

The beds and pillows are not the most comfortable, but good value for the price we paid The beach in front of the hotel is not suitable for swimming. You will definitely need a car.

A quiet, well positioned villa, with a surrounding lush tropical garden & overlooking a dreamy Anse la Mouche bay. Privacy is assured & all amenities in place for making our holiday a dream one. Hubert is one of the best hosts we have ever met - full of local knowledge, especially about nature and all local animal species that frequently visit the surrounding garden. Stayed for 1 night prior to leaving Mahe the next day. Spacious villa overlooking the sea and more than comfortable for a one night stay. Had some challenge finding a rent a car for a day and Hubert was super helpful trying to resolve the issue for us. The apartment had all the basic necessities and good internet connection. There is a nice vegetable market within 5 mins drive and shops nearby. A special thanks to Hubert for the warm welcome and making sure we had a comfortable stay.

The pin on google maps was incorrect and we had some trouble locating the property but managed to find our way soon.

Hubert is a perfect host. He arranged everything, even the car we rented. The best location on the hill with an amazing view. The villa is specious, big enough for 5 adults, two bathrooms and an additional toilet. We had the best holiday, the island is magnificent and everybody is really helpful and kind. Hubert also suggested some places we visited and kindly answered all my nosy questions. Mahe is a place I would recommend to everyone, and Sailfish Beach Villas the best place located on the best side of the island. Rent a villa and one of Nora's cars and explore the island - you will have the time of your life. Really:).
