Location is good (only 5 mins walking distance from mrt/bus stand), local shops nearby, room was value for money, really happy (and if you book through their website you get additional 10% off) Comfortable bed/pillow (compared to what we had in other hotels in SG) Pool area is a nice touch (though not large or not too deep)

Basin inside room. Although it looks cool, the water splash from the basin wets the work counter and floor before bed (had to keep towel on the floor to wipe out any splashed water). Although the hotel has card entry at the elevator and the rooms, people can trail walk inside. Pool size may not satisfy many They were painting the hotel while we stayed, wet paint fumes were everywhere for two days, also got wet paint once on my hand. We did not notice at first but the bed comforter had visible stains on it. We asked for room service got bed made with same used bedsheets/comforter (I guess they dont give you fresh set)

By the name Of staff Nawawi was Very polite and helpful. He helped settle the issue I'm facing. Place was super clean and Awesome. House keeper Kunal was Good too..

Stylish and comfortable. Was given a nice room which was located just in front of the pool area by Mr H and he kindly let me check in early. The bed was soft and comfortable, I slept like a log.

In Singapore, all hotels are expensive these days and this one was decently priced. I can’t say I have any complaints because I went in with eyes open.

Take the room with the giant tub, it's nice and has a giant mirror in front of it. awesome for visuals if you get what i mean. But if you dont end up using it with a partner then it's really gonna be quite a waste... of the fcuk tub.

I stayed here 2 years ago and was excited to come back as I never got the chance to stay in The Great Suite, every time I'm on leave. The staff are still friendly but I'm so sad that it wasn't how it used to be ): I really hope my review encourages them to improve because I really love their room.

1. The bed had a dry skin or something foreign on it. We haven't even sat or went on the bed. And needs better or more pillows as it caused me and my partner a sprained neck due to how thin the pillow is. 2. There was an opened bottle of water left on the table. 3. Does not have phone in the room to call reception. 4. The sink was clogged. 5. Bathtub is stained. 6. The pool was dirty.

I really loved the location, so close to the MRT line and being in Little India. So easy to walk everywhere. The pool was so good to cool & relax in xo Very comfortable room & so compact.

The location in middle of little Indian close to everything and a pool was cooling in heat. Had neflex on TV kids loves

the tv was massive and comfy bed, small room but for the price it’s okay. very cosy vibes. had a washing machine at lobby to use which was helpful for a traveller.

the shower made the toilet wet
