Location is perfect, staff is cool and well behaving. Terrace room are better than other rooms.

There was not ventilation in family room provided on 2nd floor. Though staff is good and help us to shift to top floor room having balcony.

1. Poor TV reception. 2. Several unethical visitors smoked at stair cases though that is a non smoking area which has caused cigarette smell.

Receptionists are ok, very welcoming and friendly. Beds are in good condition, and each rooms hv water heater and proper air condition.

Cleaning service didn't clean up everyday eventhough when we turn on "clean up room" lights. Rooms were not too clean, you can find dust in every corner of room. Lift is operated manually

It seemed to be a new / renovated place with everything you need but …

… then we arrived. It all started with a 25-minute-wait for the check-in, we felt like the receptionist was physically but not mentally present as she did something on the computer and talked to other guests but was not ready for taking our papers and let us check-in. Then the room was definitely not how it was pictured and described here. There was no window in the room, instead it was dark, smelly and really tiny. The bed was small and the spring mattress obviously old, more than „used“ and extremely uncomfortable. Also the bathroom was miserable. They put a shower next to the sink and as soon as one uses the shower, the whole room gets flooded. Besides that we had pretty dirty towels and there was dirt coming out of the ventilation pipes. Other guests were quite loud at night (at the aisle; probably poorly soundproofed) and we could not even let the front-desk or someone else know because reception is occupied from 9 am (!) until afternoon. I really hope that they will improve their customer experience because in our case the value for money was embarrassing. I struggled about doing this negative review a lot because I used to work in tourism but I guess it‘s the only chance to cause an improvement.
