If you keep in mind that this is a budgetary option, you will not get frustrated. The room was small but very clean. Anyway, I spent most of the day outside. The custodial team did a wonderful job! All receptionists were very polite and helpful! They try very hard to make you feel comfortable which is highly appreciated especially after a long journey. Breakfast was a Chinese style, very tasty and nutritious. The swimming pool on the top floor is a jewel with clean water offering the needed refreshment after a hot and exhausting day. The hotel definately exceeded my expectations.

It was not possible to open a window to get fresh air.

Air conditioning works well, room was clean and what we expected from budget hotel. Free toothbrushes, toilet with bidet, shower with "all-in-one soap" and towels, no floor mat or extra towel for feets and the shower makes whole bathroom wet so small minus from that and only one toilet paper roll at a time but could get more by asking from info and cleaner change the roll too but problem was that we didn't need the cleaning service every day so had to ask more paper instead of them just leaving multiple rolls in the room. Most of the food in breakfast change every day or atleast form of the food like different kind of egg and potato and pasta. There was always enough options for us to eat well. We get extra pillow after asking one and stuff was very helpful and kind so couldn't ask more for the price. Didn't have time to check the pool so can't say anything about that. Location was good, bus and train (metro) stations nearby, little india with lot of food places nearby.

Nothing to complain really

Really good location near to rochor station, and staff were very friendly. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, and staff were very happy to store our luggage safely near reception until we could check in to our room in the afternoon. Very noticeable aircon in reception also! Room is as expected from a budget hotel - fairly small but perfect for travellers that aren't looking at spending lots of money on or time in the room (which you probably won't because there's loads to see and do in Singapore!!). The room also had aircon and amenities, and the pool was a great addition - we went at different points in the day on our trip and were often the only ones up there.

Not the hotels fault by any means so definitely wouldn't mark them down for it, but our room was near the elevator, and one night we were woken up by some noisy guests... would be good if the hotel could perhaps have a sign in the corridor or in the elevator that asked guests to be 'quiet and respectful to other guests' when coming back late or leaving early.

The tap water was drinkable, nice! Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. One young female staff helped me to book a taxi to the airport and ensured my taxi was not taking by another person, who was trying to get in to the taxi in a rush due to heavy rain that afternoon. God job for her!

I don't like the pillow, the thickness did not meet my comfort. The room was very small. Since I like to have some personal space ,in my view, the room was good for 1 person. (If they had a single bed for one person stay, it would be more spacious). However, this was expected. :)

Quite near metro, and close to the Little India. Room was small but manageable. It was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and very friendly!

We did not have hot water in the evening. The floor tiles near the pool area are loose and you can cut yourself with sharp edges! By far the worst was the included breakfast, the coffee was diluted, same as soda, noodles were undercooked, and the only other option was some type of egg gratin which was unsavory. We ended up eating basic toast bread and chicken nuggets just to not go out hungry. The problem is that even in Singapore, you can buy cheap healthy ingredients, and make tasty dishes with them, Ibis management just chose not to..

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, generally pleasant and helpful staff, easy access to public transport, breakfast included.

Rooms are tiny with barely any moving space. Wi fi password needs to be renewed every 24 hours. Second, probably not a fault of the hotel, the entire area surrounding the hotel is a major construction site with barricades and noisy construction machinery. Sound proofing is not 100% so some of the noise and vibrations did come in. Hotel does not keep mineral water in the rooms and claims that the tap water is safe enough to drink.

Good place with value for money. We mostly spent the days outside, so nothing much to comment. Overall, very comfortable stay. Nice and clean rooms. Space is just nice for 2 person per room (not traveling to stay in the hotel for the whole day, so it's perfect). Breakfast options are limited but tasty foods. For those picky eaters may opt out from breakfast and eat outside.

One room with electricity issue, the lights kept turning off couple times in the night. The staff fixed this by doing some bypass. No bottled water. Understand that the tap water is safe to drink but still feels less hygienic drinking from toilet wash basin tap.

The place was very small as we expected but it was clean and since we explored Singapore all day it did not bother us, we just had to carefully figure out how to open 2 suitcases at once. The room had enough amenities and a window with a view of the airconditioners. Elevators were quick and the location was perfect. Close to the MRT, walkable to various malls, shops and restaurants. We had no problems using Grab, even early in the morning to the airport.

Bathroom gets soaked when you take a shower

It was clean and the staff was amazing! They offered to change our room to a higher floor when there was some loud noice from the construction site next door. They also stored our suitcases for the entire day after check out, no additional cost. PS. The hairdryer was surprisingly very good! Me and my long hair appreciated it!

What you see on the pictures is what you get. Very small rooms, and ours didn’t have a window. But we chose that to save money, so it’s nothing negative to the hotel :)

Recommended by a friend who stayed at this hotel before. Loved my stay here in the standard room without window. Air con was strong and cold. Good strong hot water for shower and fast WiFi. Very quiet during the night which gave me a good night’s rest, with delicious buffet breakfast at the adjoining restaurant Tittle Tattle. Best thing about this hotel is the lovely receptionist zhi yu Isaac and yog… The manager was very professional and helpful too. Saw the rooftop swimming pool but didn’t swim in it.
