Fantastic location, just a short walk to the MRT station and some great hawker markets. 7 eleven down stairs and across the road. Staff friendly and very helpful.

The room needs some hooks to hang bathroom towels to dry.

I loved the location which was relatively close to the metro stop "Little India" which made it really easy to reach both Marina Bay and also the station we needed to reach the Universal Studios which we visited as well. The breakfast was alright and the room had a very nice view.

The shower was alright, however, the shower curtain wasn't retaining the water very well and the shower gel wasn't being refilled when the room was getting done. These were the only two things I didn't like, however, the hotel is very nice and extremely well located.

This is about the most reasonable priced for Singapore on a 4 star level. Room is clean and everything is in order. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good.

Shower curtain. I hate shower curtains especially when it's in a cramped shower cubicle. The damn thing always wants to stick on your body so that leaves even less room in an already small cubicle. The other room I had in this hotel didn't have this but had a glass screen which was much better.

The location is excellent, everything is so close. It has a nice (small) swimming pool and some shops around. Metro is about 2 mins from the hotel. The hotel also has a 24/7 reception, which is great. Staff is also very helpful, they all speak very good English. Rooms are clean.

The breakfast wasn't a good selection of food for a European person, but then, I am probably not the target market. I also had lunch there once, not good either.

The location was convenient as it’s next to Rochor MRT as well as Little India MRT. The room is a decent size and has all the necessary features and amenities like USB sockets and plenty of electrical outlets. The free breakfast was a bonus.

The towels were smaller and thinner than expected. While rooms were soundproof you can hear noises in the hallway.

The location is great. 3 min away from the subway station. The Sultan mosque/arab street is 10-15min away by walk and same for Little India. There is one 7/11 on ground floor and some restaurants 5min away. Mall and market are very close too. About the hotel : very clean, equipment is very basic but it's enough (good bed, air conditioner, shower, toilets, towels, toothbrush, filtered water, small fridge, water boiler, tea and a hair drier. The staff was suuuuuper nice. They helped me several times to find places. Very very friendly people.

The breakfast is so so. As it was included with the room, it's ok but I wouldn't have payed for it.

Great attentive and friendly staff, a nice pool and big TV that supports internet apps. Location was great for Little India and lots of local cheap food options. Air conditioning was much needed in January.

Room was fairly small and bathroom was very bland/utilitarian, fine for a few night's stay but other than that, nothing I disliked.

Room was nice, aircon was great and ammenities overall were good, close to places for food and shopping, staff helped out well.

The room was a clean and comfortable smaller size room. Everything functioned as desired in the room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, a wonderful team. The location is great, and a short walk to the nearest tube station too.

The breakfast area is very cramped. It is manageable very early into service but once it gets busier it is very hard to move around to get items.

The location is a huge plus for the hotel. Rochor mrt is a hop skip jump from the hotel. Bugis st, Little India everything is very accessible. Tons of market places and hawker stalls around. The staff are friendly.

I would have liked the bathroom to be a tad little bigger than what it is. The hallways are a little noisy, especially after 7 am with noise of doors slamming quite audible in the rooms.
