Singapore is not a cheap place to visit, having wrote that l'll tell you what we were looking for at the best price we could get. The room was 20 metres where the average room we looked at was 16 to 18m, so the room size was good. It had a very good swimming pool which is a must in the knock you down heat of Singapore, another plus. Room had a microwave, fridge and safe, all pluses. The hotel is close to 2 MRT stations, Rocher and Little India, Rocher only has one line passing through it, the blue line [DT line]. Whereas the Little India MRT has 2 lines passing through it [DT blue line and NE purple line ]. Believe me having the 2 lines opens up a lot choices. The hotel is not in the Tekka centre which is being gutted and refurbished but across the Serangoon Road above the Tekka place shopping complex. The entrance is on Hastings road and was a $33 ride from the airport. Easy to walk past it, l must have been half asleep. Entrance to an elevator that takes you up to the 3rd floor where the reception is, There is always between 2 to 5 people on the desk and check in and out was a breeze.We were on the 6th floor and your key has to be passed over a sensor for the elevator to work. Felt very safe in this hotel. In the centre below the hotel are about 4 restaurants, 2 of them the Little Easy Bistro and Bacos knock 10% of your bill if you show your room card. We ate ate Bacos twice and were satisfied with the food. There is also a Starbucks there as well. When you exit the hotel onto Hastings road, turn left and there is another restaurant called Indo Thai, very clean place, good food at a reasonable price. Another plus is their happy hour is till 7 every night and Heinekin is only $4 a bottle, you wont get it any cheaper. If you are going to the cruise terminal from here do yourself a favour and get the taxi, the MRT can be a gong show at times.

Two things stick out, the lack of sun beds around the pool, 3 does'nt cut it for a hotel this size plus they have a couple of chairs but they are not the type for lounging around in. They need another 4-5 beds at least, that way folks would'nt have to lie on their towels on a wooden floor. Secondly the washer and dryer area needs a table so that when you take your clothes out of either you have someplace to place the so you can fold them up properly, this is desparatley needed. Also the washer and dryer are $8 each, When you open the door to retrieve anything you have to put another $8 coin in again for it to start.

I was not expecting such a good place when I placed the booking, however upon check in when I got the room it was beyond my imagination, great room with all the facilities which I needed, other then room there are many other things for free, like a quite office type room near lobby where I was able to work easily and take meeting without any distraction, there was gym and pool as well as laundry and a common kitchen to use, although I had a private kitchen in my appartment but still having a common kitchen was a plus. Another advantage is of the location everything is very near almost by walk you can access all the main things and if you want to use bus the station was also on 1 min walk. Everything was pretty smooth and the staff is very lovely and knowledgeable they are ready to help you with anything! 100 stars for them <3

If a receptionists staff is added at the 1st floor to guide the new comers that the lobby is at 3rd floor it would be great however not necesary as everything was easy to understand.

-location : easily accessible for public transport -clean and nice room -good for solo travellers imo as the room isn’t really big -good facilities like kitchen, swimming pool and gym

-water pressure is bit low -sound proof isn’t great

Very conveniently located near an MRT station and right in the heart of Little India, which was interesting to explore. We found the staff friendly and helpful. It was useful to be able to do our laundry on site, and the pool was a nice bonus. It was reasonably priced for Singapore, but still quite an expensive stay.

You have to take two separate lifts to get out of the building (it took us a while to get used to it). The cost of washing and drying was a bit steep, and there isn't a cafe or restaurant, though there are other places to eat nearby.

The hotel is very easy to assess. Great location which is few steps away from the MRT station. The refrigerator is cool enough to store a few fruit items I bought from the market. To be honest, many hotels I had visited didn't have a real cool frige.

There is no electric socket in the bathroom. That means after the shower I have to dry my hair by using the socket at the pantry. However, this will disturb my sleeping partner if I take the shower at late night.

Comfortable beds, clean room. Location not far from Rochor station and little India, lot's of place to eat around.

Room very small for the price, barelly space to walk once 2 luggages are in. Breakfast was not include, ther's a grab to go only available on week days only, so wekend it was hard to find breakfast early morning, most food place around open at 10 am. Some member of the staff seemd not in a good mood, maybe overworked.

The room was clean, accessible and comfortable. We enjoyed going having access to the pool and the gym. The staff was amazing and super quick to reply. Check in and check out times were very accomodating.

I have no complaints for this accomodation.

Room was full with amenities and appliances to make you feel at home. We loved the small pantry with microwave, and a decent size of fridge. Very nice touch with the water dispenser and entertainment system from the TV. Common kitchen area is fully equipped with everything, very convenient.

Breakfast service could be improved, than simple to-go package. But the free flow coffee was excellent! Elevator is bit of a hassle, since lobby is located on 3rd floor above shopping mall, and from there change again to the tower to get into your room. Long waiting time during rush hours, especially in the morning.

Hotel looks beautiful from the outside and is very clean, with three elevators so going up to the tenth floor never took too long. Staff was cordial and rules were on the tv as a reminder, which is nice. Good amenities and shower, the room was big and the bed very confortable. The pool was nice too. Had a water dispenser with cold water in the hallway near our room which was great! Mistankenly booked an extra night and by messaging beforehand was able to correct it - good comunication.

Room was noisy, almost like an airplane and sometimes smelled like fumes or pollution, even though we never had the AC on. The hotel door is like a backdoor for suppliers in a shopping mall, not a regular hotel entrance. The lobby is in the third floor so we had to change elevators, from 1-3 and then go across the lobby to the elevators for the rooms.

The location - within relatively easy walking distance of multiple public transport stops. The facilities - meticulously clean and in excellent condition. The staff - friendly, helpful and easy to find.

The location, in Little India, was extremely disorientating for a foreign traveller. Despite the efforts of the friendly, helpful staff it was all too easy to get lost, and unfortunately the QR code information was often too general to be of assistance. The provision of specific, detailed directions with maps for common destinations, like the public transport stops, nearest supermarket, and local restaurants open late (e.g. when arriving late from a plane) would have saved a great deal of time and confusion.
