Great location - for what we needed The room was nice - clean and cozy The renewed part of the hotel (reception, bar, restaurant) is very nice and great looking with nice and soft music (smooth jazz) in the lobby Great breckfast Friendly and kind staff - we left one night earlier and they took care of reservation changes so we didn't pay the extra night

No parking - only a few free parking spaces for the entire hotel (we needed to park in the nearby shopping mall)... nevertheless, the staff was kind the first evening when we arrived late and they let us park in the garage.

Close to center, value for money, good breakfast. Parking cannot be reserved, but we found place at every occasion.

In the free swimming pool the sauna and jacuzzi can be used only for extra charges but nobody around to open them. Most of the information including food name tags at the breakfast and dinner buffet table only in Slovakian language.

It was an excellent location in a beautiful spa city, very close to all amenities. Staff at the reception was welcoming and was always eager to help. Breakfast was included in the price and offered good variety of food.

Water in the pool felt cold for us. Sometimes internet was not working.

Good hotel, 4 stars no AC and the temperature was too high Swiming pool too hot, unconfortable and it could be open for summer, even winter as water is hot. Facilities were there, just to coordinate them better

Very good location - right in the city center, clean rooms, nice view from the rooms. Close to good restaurants and bars. Well located terrace at the river border. Due to pandemics, copious breakfast was brought directly to rooms.

Room was rather small, bathroom curtain was missing which was quite strange. In the room, you can hear everything that was going on in the corridor, or in the next room. Due to pandemics it was difficult to get to the pool, but personnel was doing its possible. Parking cost 10 Euro for 2 days can be difficult to find at high season.

organization of wellnes..it's embarassing if you paid full price for whirlpool and saunas for your privacy and other people use it for free and you have to always tell them that it is your private reservation and they can't use it without paying

I did liked main reception even staff was very professionally acting.

No room at the car park, old looking bathroom facilities at the room. Bathroom needs badly improvement, because its terrible looking and for a price of 83 € its not representing value of price
