Comfortable beds. Spacious economy room. Helpful bar staff member. Location close to lake & restaurants. Swimming pool & outside lounging area.

The bar area needs some sofas beside the windows. If you have an economy room, without a balcony, you need to be able to sit somewhere comfortable other than the Reception area or the tables in the bar. Guests, like ourselves, would end up spending more in the bar if there were sofas to use on wet /cold days. We mentioned this to the lovely bar staff member & she said they too have requested this from management.

The location is great, being so close to the lake and town. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The front desk even called to make a reservation for us, knowing it would be easier for them as we didn't speak local language. Breakfast buffet was slso a lovely treat each morning, as was having free parking on site for guests.

My only wish was that they had more food available for purchase on site. We found ourselves searching for food one night after missing dinner. Would have been nice if there was something available in the hotel, but in fairness, it was pretty late.

Excellent location just a couple minutes walk from the east side of the lake. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep, bus station 10 minutes walk. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean. Very comfy mattress. The pool and outdoor sunbathing area were great - these were the main reasons I booked the hotel, so that I could enjoy the sunshine on my last 2 days in Slovenia. A great selection of food at breakfast. Pastries very tasty, coffee was okay.

The pillows were very soft and provided no neck support. No ventilation in the bathroom so it smells a little damp, and very small, there is nowhere to hang hand towel etc. Sound proofing isn't great - could hear goings on in the hallway. I was on the 2nd floor with a lake view and you could hear the restaurant/bar area very clearly at night even with the window closed. I think it's closed by 11pm though so it did get quiet around that time.

The location of the property is excellent, from the swimming pool to the outdoor terrace you had beautiful views of bled castle and the lake. The staff are very friendly and there is a good selection on offer at breakfast. The leisure facilities are great including a pool and jacuzzi then loungers on the outdoor terrace.

The bathrooms are very dated and the water temperature/pressure fluctuated each time we used it. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work which made it very warm to sleep in during the summer.

Friendly staff, the view from the room was very nice even though we were on the first floor the top floors probably have a better view, variety of breakfast choises, the parking was good and safe, overall great experience

The room was coold, the staff tried to adjust it but it was still cold, the heating works only with the lights on and in our case we just wanted to get rest from the long drive we had, so we couldn't leave the lights on

The hotel is clean and cozy. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. We are a family of four and we wanted adjacent rooms and they granted our reguest, what's more they upgraded us for the same price. I think it's a really nice gesture on their part. The kids loved the pool which is open the entire day. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. The location of the hotel is perfect, two minutes from the lake. Shops, restaurants, coffee shops... are all in the vicinity. I highly recommend it! :-)

Everything was great!

The location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk to the Bled lake. The room is not too big, but enough for a shorter stay. We had a balcony with the view on the lake and the castle, which is really nice. The breakfast was abundant, and it had a variety of food suitable for everyone's taste.

Although there is free parking that belongs to the hotel, when we came it was full so we had to use another hotel's parking which we paid 15 euros for 24 hours. Another option was the city parking, which is 3 euros/hour.

We recommend to stay at this hotel. It was very confortable, excellent location, we had a room with a lake view which was very nice(the balcony is really tiny, only one chair fits there). Everything was very clean. Pool was warm and jacuzzi hot with a view on mountains, excellent! Very good breakfast too:)

I booked this hotel because it was renovated and rooms should have been sound proof but we were in a room with a closed door to the next room and we heard EVERYTHING! Very annoying when your neighbors get up at 6am Sunday ...

Breakfast was very good, the staff on reception were really helpful, there was parking for our car, although the pool water temperature was on the cold side it was nice to have access to a pool. The room had a balcony to sit out on. Good easy walk to the lake and restaurants.

The lift broke down, the shower was too small, the carpet had several stains on it.

Everything was great, the hotel is located 200m from the lake. The room was very clean. There's a view of the lake from the pool area and from the bar terasse. The staff is friendly. We also tried the massage and it was very relaxing, they offer a massage with tibetan bowls and other relaxing sounds - the maseusse was very kind and we reccomend this experience!
