Soba na cetvrtom spratu, fantastican pogled na jezero,cistoca hotela i ljubazno osoblje. Posebne pohvale za ceo personal, a narocito za gospodju Saru Pavlin sa recepcije i osoblje restorana : Jovana student iz Vranja i Nemanja iz Leskovca.

we had two rooms, the staff managed to put our rooms together in a special area, same hallway for the two rooms with an outdoor for both rooms. The hotel and the rooms were just beyond our expectations, big and terrifically clean, designed in such a heartwarming way. the pool was the most outstanding one i saw, with a view of lake bled, including a slide warm water and kids pool. the location was perfect, 5 minutes walking from bled lake, and maximum 15 minutes walking away of any desired activity there. our checkout was very early, so the staff prepared us a breakfast bag for the road, with the finest and most delicious food.

Me and my family loved staying in this hotel! So beautiful, clean and great facilities. The pools were amazing and fun, the breakfast was delicious, the vibe of the hotel overall was nice and modern. The location was also great, very close to the lake. The room was modern, and very spacious. But the best thing about our trip was the view from our room and the balcony. Our room was on the 5th floor and we had a corner room which allowed us to have an amazing view of the lake. I think it’s definitely worth paying more for the large room because the view was the best part of our trip. Hands down, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far and definitely will be returning someday.

I liked everything.

The view is amazing (if you have a lake side view room) and the staff can't do more to help you. The room is clean, modern and the bed is very comfy. The other hotels around all seem to be very dated in comparison to this hotel.

We went in lovely weather and there wasn't really any outside facilities - ie other than one small pool all the pools are inside in a heated area under glass and no sun loungers outside, etc. This may or may not be to do/because of ongoing outside maintenance that restricts the use of the small outside terrace/s there is. This wouldn't be a problem for everyone but for us we had to pay to use sunloungers elsewhere because we wanted to be relaxing in the sun so we didn't really use the facilities at the hotel which was a little annoying as you feel that is part of what you are paying for. Note saunas are also at an extra cost. We still felt the price was worth it for the service and view however!

Pros - great location - good wellness centre / swimming pool / water slide - parking available (€10 a day) - good variety breakfast included - clean modern room and bathroom - issues / room maintenance were sorted immediately upon request - robes, slippers and separate towels for pool were provided - bike rentals available for a daily/hourly fee

Cons - shower quite small / weak shower pressure - no gym in wellness centre - parking is not free for guests - a lot of stairs to get to the main strip of town (ok for us)

Excellent hotel. We had a room with a fantastic view of the lake. The room is spacious enough, the bed and bedding are comfortable, modernly furnished with an emphasis on ecological materials, the bathroom is big enough, the terrace has a fantastic view. Clean and tidy. The pool complex is excellent for hotel conditions. The wellness part of the hotel is very frequent. We made appointments a month in advance. The food is very good, both for breakfast and for dinner. The restaurant staff is to be commended. Especially Ms. Nataša and Ms. Jovana (student). The reception staff is also very friendly. The hotel is a bit more expensive but ... it's Bled in high season. Full recommendation!

I had a massage twice. The first was exceptional but the last was actually very bad as it was a different therapist that was stressed and unconsiderate. Also I was surprized that in the showers for the pool there where no soap and the showers where for both genders so it was not possible to was well. I desided not to use the pools because of this. When people dont wash well there will be needed to use a lot more of chlorine in the water which is bad to the health. Another thing that botheted me was the 4 or 5 G antennas on the top of the hotel! That can create dry air and bad feeling for people inside the hotel.

the spa is lovely, the rooms are simple but nice. the views are lovely and location good.

we were travelling for our honeymoon and the hotel were made aware so would have been nice to have something make it a bit special e.g upgrade or champagne etc. the room was very hot and not much help given when spoke to reception therefore had bad night sleeps. we had treatments/spa access on the day of our check out and I asked for late check out but received no and not a lot of help. more flexibility there would have been appreciated. breakfast and dinner could have more veggie options.

This was one of the most luxuorious hotels I have stayed in to date. The rooms are spacious and clean with a beautiful lake view. The breakfast selection was excellent, the view couldn't be more scenic if it was a postcard. The staff bent over backwards to assist us, they kindly helped us book an additional night, they gave us maps and recommendations and they answered all of our questions in detail. Unfortunately the only name I caught was Nikola at reception , who was one of many of the kind and helpful staff members who were unfailingly friendly and patient with us. We focused on day trips and activities but from the one relaxing day we spent by the pool I can see why people would be tempted to spend their whole stay there-which boasts Jacuzzis, heated pools, a swim out pool and a slide for children (and children at heart).
