Excellent location close to the center. Very clean and modern room and excellent beds. Good-sized and immaculate bathroom. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed including a nice-sized refrigerator and state of the art pots for the induction range.

There's no staff to check you in after 7 p.m., which wouldn't be such a problem if they had not waited until noon to send the check-in details. At noon, we were on the road without internet access, so the email with the details didn't reach us until we made it into the city. Unfortunately that was after 7 p.m. due to an accident on the road. It's not the best set up for people traveling from abroad who do not have a wireless plan on their smart phone.

There is only one air conditioning unit in the room and it’s directly above the main door. Myself and my daughter had to sleep on the sofa bed the entire stay as it was opposite the air con. We could not sleep in the main bedroom area as it was too hot and no air con unit, windows also only open a little. I would suggest/ recommend they provide stand alone fan in the bedroom area or install ac unit.

The apartment itself was huge; separate lounge / kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each sleeping 3) shower room, toilet, fridge, washing and dryers, full cooking facilities. All very new and clean. Moët bar and pool on top floor with great views.

Great comms with this company although slightly annoying check in process whereby had to check in remotely providing all guest details, upload photos of passports etc which was a bind whilst on the move. Transactions for the room followed by city taxes all online. A guest pin is then emailed to you. All pretty impersonal. Check out was via the web portal. We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it although the impersonal ‘service’ felt a bit dystopian. Baggage had to be left in the public area of the hotel until we were ready to depart.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location is ideal for everything you would want to see and do. Room was spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. Great to have kitchen facilities in your room and you can close off the bedroom area in case worried about smells from cooking. Rooftop pool and bar was nice to have with great views over the city. Breakfast was limited in comparison to an all-you-can-eat style hotel breakfast, but what was on offer was very good and also catered to a gluten-free diet. We were very happy with our stay.

Sofa was a little uncomfortable, but that is a very minor niggle.

Awesome and modern location with great people, we felt at home! The apartment was great and comfortable. The bar downstairs is very nice, they have great cocktails! The system with the codes works very well and was very convenient. They have a beautiful rooftop here, awesome place when there is some sunshine. I want to take a bit of extra time to thank the people who work here, you are awesome! As a guest you notice if people enjoy their work, you can tell from the vibe that they do.

Perhaps the accommodation could consider also serving some basic sandwiches or maybe a soup for lunch, seems a shame to not use that nice kitchen you have there for this time. I was sad the find the bar closed on Sunday afternoon/evening, I was looking forward to a drink there.

The hotel's was superb, with a modern design in the lobby and a modern bedroom with a double and comfortable sofa bed. . We were happy to receive our room 2 hours ahead of schedule, a courtesy that started our stay off on a high note. The staff were friendly and attentive.

On the downside, the parking situation was confusing, with no clear instructions provided ahead of time for reserving a spot, leading to a chaotic experience - this may have been us missing the parking information on booking**. We went for a swim at 8am, but we had to ring down to reception to get the pool open, when in the pool it was a little to cold! Finally, although offering amazing coffee with Oatly and delicious food, the cafe downstairs was noticeably understaffed, leading to longer waiting times...

Our experience was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the ease of using the car lift, which made parking a breeze. Upon check-in, we were pleased to find that the process was quick and efficient, with an application allowing us to easily retrieve a code via email. The room itself was a lovely surprise, featuring all the amenities we could possibly need, very modern, clean, spacious and inviting. The breakfast was incredible. All in all, we couldn't have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable experience.

We only had one air conditioning unit situated in the kitchen, which made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably at night. We couldn't keep our bedroom doors closed because it would make the room stuffy.

The location is perfect for city exploration. Very close to the center, river, and market. There are many restaurants, parks, and museums around the area. Amazing view of the mountains from the roof. The fact that you can go upstairs and dive into the pool on a hot summer day makes you happy. And they have the best coffee in Neubar downstairs.

There was construction work right below my window, it started around 6-7 am, and that's when I had to start my day as well. But it's rather an exception, so I didn't change much my impression of this place.

The pool was phenomenal to cool off in during the hot summer and the staff were all really helpful. The design of the rooms is modern, fresh and creates a wonderful ambiance. The little gym downstairs was also a really nice addition. Would definitely come back!

I found that the lack of real supervision at the pool sometimes meant that there were a LOT of children diving and splashing and due to the design of the pool it made the whole area wet and generally unpleasant, would perhaps consider creating adult-only pool times
