Breakfast more than adequate. Location suitable for access to all parts of Bloemfontein. Room spacious and clean. Neatly appointed. Bathroom clean except for one tap at the basin not working as well as it should have been. Swimming pool excellent. Big enough for good exercise.

Uncertainty regarding room service in the evening. Required to pay at time of delivery. Reception not clear regarding my residence status. Should have been clarified at check-in. Most places I have been to draw up a bill for all expenses for bed and breakfast guests which is paid when checking out.

The food. Breakfast was awesome and delicious. I also liked the shower design, it’s practical and functional with high pressure water. Also the fact that hotel is connected to the mall

The room was a bit small and dark, lighting not enough. The access cards were not working on the first go. Had to try to open the number of times until it finally opened.

The whole stay was very satisfying. The hotel was really clean and my favourite part would be the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the pool was well maintained. The hotel is very safe and family friendly.

The access cards are not really user friendly because my door could not open easily. I think I had to try 5 times before the door could open.

The hotel is very well situated within Bloemfontein and has private access to the adjacent mall. The beautiful inner garden and pool area creates a relaxing area to swim, sunbathe and relax.

The restaurant is extremely pricey. We did not eat at the restaurant and noticed that most families staying at the hotel were ordering in food from local take-away vendors.

Breakfast was great - big variety, great cappucinos. The hotel is well located - close to university and Grey College. Comfortable well sized rooms and bathrooms. We didn't have any loadshedding problems, which is great

The rooms need a bit of updating (the chair for instance was quite old and run down, rooms need a lick of paint but beds and linen comfortable. Bathrooms also need updating but it was clean and everything worked well.

Breakfast is excellent with lots if variety if foods

The rooms are not sound proof We didnt sleep as the guests next door were so noisy from 0130 am to 0400 am we reported to the front desk security was called but the noise continued Suggestion to inform guests to be more considerate for other guests especially after midnight Thank you Also provide drinking water in the rooms

Close to malls and the waterfront. The Stadium and swimming pool where our event was held, was easy to get to and close. The breakfast was very good.

No bar fridge in room. Not enough bedside tables. Smell in hotel. Restaurant is a bit pricey.

Breakfast was excellent, very very clean hotel, staff very friendly, beds comfortable, parking was safe and convinient and the location of the hotel is 100%, next to the mall and its a walking distance.

Good layout. Really nice breakfast and a good choice of food for dinner. The staff were really accomodating and helpful.

I think the pool needs a bit of refurbishment. The air con machne in my room was really loud and the light fixture on the wall opposite my bed did not work.

Awesome location close to the mall which makes it convenient. the breakfast was excellent a variety to choose from. The staff and manager very polite and always willing to assist. We loved the view out of our room toward the garden and swimming pool
