The staff is amazing. Excellent room service,.wifi 24/7. We all love tea and coffe and they really did not hesitate to give us extra packets. Hot water through out.The premises are on a busy street but the security is awesome. They took care of us.

If they can improve a bit on booking. Either book via an agent and the process ends there or they do it directly themselves. You book via booking.com contact them for payment,wait for invoice. That requires patience. I would not want to go through the same process again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful in any way that they can possibly be, the place is also very clean.

For the room I was in specifically I feel that the bed has been there for a while now it had a hole in the middle and wasn’t very comfortable when sleeping on it, you just woke up tired

Service was the best even the stuff was very friendly

They don’t have parkings . They had to ask a Somalian guy for a parking and we paid R50 and the guy wasn’t friendly at all . Another thing we had to park a car at 17:00 after that we can’t come in . In the morning we had to take the car before 7 am

The comfortable of the rooms and the cleanliness was good

The quality of the toilet tissue was bad and there was no cord for the kettle yet there was a kettle and cups in the rooms, what is the reason for keeping those things if there’s no tea or coffee

Loved how clean it was, the staff and security guards ensured we settled in well and ensured the safety of our vehicle.

I wish there was a designated parking area, that would've put us at ease cause the hotel is located in a very busy part of town.
