The staff were so friendly & welcoming! The property is lovely and the view of the golf course from the main balcony is wonderful. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of busier waterfront properties, yet a short 5 minute drive to the center of Hermanus where all of the best restaurants and whale viewing spots are. We told the staff that it was my daughter’s birthday and they made such an extra special effort for her at breakfast on her big day!

Sadly not all rooms have golf course views, and we were allocated rooms looking onto the neighboring property instead. We battled to get hot water in our shower, and we also feel like the en-suite bathrooms in the two rooms we had were really small and basic. The rooms also didn’t have much cupboard space to offer

Lovely lounge and furnishings and great vibe. Loved the deck and access from the room and view of golf course. Loved the birdbaths and bird activity. Guinea fowls were interesting.

The empty plot next door was a concern- is there going to be noisy construction there soon - that could impact the peacefulness...

Very friendly staff, quiet, the mountain room had a great bed and was private, you have to use a car to get to the center and the beaches but that did not bother us. It felt safe. Parking on site. Nice breakfast.

When looking down from the balcony you look on to a private part of the property which was not clean and you also look into the bins. The shower is in the bathtub, there is no separate shower. If they could fix this they would get a 10/10.

The admin staff took very long to respond to my messages via the app; there was an error with double-booking and they were not prompt in sorting it out for us; didn't return calls when promised.

Staff catered for special requests. We were well looked after. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view, Quiet and safe neighborhood and across the road from the Hermanus Country Market.

Open plan bathrooms - not comfortable if you sharing the room with someone other than your partner. Small bathroom space with sink/taps as part of the bedroom.

The location is great, with lovely views of the golf course and even the ocean in the far distance. The rooms were neat, comfortable and nicely furnished. The staff were very friendly and their service was excellent, the breakfasts were also superb

The service was great and staff are so friendly. Great guest house and lovely breakfast. Gorgeous garden, pool and surroundings.

Parking inside was a bit of an issue, especially if you drive large vehicles. Perhaps parking area can be extended. We had to park outside for the night.

- The owner and the staff are such nice people, super attentive to your needs and they make you feel really welcomed. - We got upgraded in a more spacious room with views on the golf green, thank you!! - It is a quiet haven, you can hear the birds chipping outside and see the ocean from your room’s balcony. - Really appreciated having DSTV! - Breakfast was so delicious and we thanked the chef for the best bacon ever! - The beds are really comfortable.

Birds are flapping inside the rooftop in the morning. Personally we didn’t really mind but it could bother people with a lighter sleep I guess.

Parking was tight for everyone - however there was overflow parking outside the electric gates which worked ok

Excellent room, very helpful staff and good location.

We were requested to fill in our personal information, online, before arriving at the hotel. We were then asked to fill in the same details on arrival. This happened last year and has not been resolved. It should be either one, or the other but not both!
