The place is okay considering the fact that it is situated by the main road .We felt comfortable because the premise is well secured.My complain was swiftly attended in a lightning speed and I'll defenately call multiple times.

The way some customers were playing loud music on their television sets without being warned.People are not supposed to party in a hotel and I suggest that the rules and regulations should be read to everyone at the reception .A board with capital letters 'NO NOISE and NO SMOKING ' should be mended at the entrance of the reception. A smoking area to be created other that people smoking anywhere.

have a heater for every room or extra blankets more especially during winter and rainy season

I booked on behalf of my Uber driver. I did not stay there myself. I can only go on what he told me so there are questions I cannot answer. He seemed very happy with his stay at Central Lodge, Houghton., apart from it being in a dangerous location for high jackings. I'll ask him if he wants to complete this survey himself and forward it to you. I was very pleased that he had a safe, clean and pleasant place to stay and that his car would be safe within high walls and a locked gate with day and night security guards.

i liked the fact that is was quiet and close shops. Amanda was great in welcoming us the following morning, she even volunteered to take us a photo as a family,

the fact that i had to go to the laundrey to iron my clothes, i aslo suggest that a kettle with a few tea bags will do in each room and infact a small bar fridge.

Safe parking, ensuite room with clean toilet, shower. There is a smart tv with access to Netflix, Showmax, the WiFi connection was favourable as well. Sam at the reception was extremely friendly, assisted us with inserting new batteries on the smart TV remote and all was excellent there on.

Nothing I did not like about this place..it was worth my money, but at least have a mirror in the room, little side table. Also a fan in case it is super hot..

I liked the fack that they provide toilet paper and two towels, tiled floor and a very comfortable bed, the customer service is good (I hade problem with hot water, I called and they responded very quick)

The fact that they is no small dustbin in the room to trow away small stuff

The receptionists who checked us in gave excellent service. Check in was fast and smooth. We were offered an extra blanket immediately. There is free WiFi that works perfectly no matter where in the building you are. The TV has DSTV, Netflix, showmax, YouTube and additional offers. We loved the room we were offered. It was spacious and had a large bed, plus separate areas to put our bags, food and clothes respectively. It also came with a fridge that worked well and that we were able to use. The bathroom was beautiful. We were given a quiet room as requested and we had a great night, therefore, overall, the service exceeded our expectations. One hundred percent would recommend.

Please clean the rooms before checking guests in, including the entire floor, bathroom, and the area under the bed. The floor was very dusty and dirty, there was dirt, paper and other objects like a beer cap under the bed, meaning the room was either not cleaned before check in or it hasn't been cleaned for some time. We already spoke to the receptionist who checked us out about an issue we encountered due to the room not having been cleaned or checked before check in. Please consider these requests. Thank you.

Always the best time as always. Central lodge hotels is our first option and our go to place. The staff as always was helpful, check in was easy and took less than five minutes. The room we were given was great, the rooms have been renovated and there are new facilities like a new fridge, it looked even better than last time even though last time it was superb. The TV had Netflix, YouTube and other various streaming services to choose from. The WiFi worked perfectly from anywhere around the property. They have a kitchen you can use if you would like to heat up your food or anything. Honestly our stay was splendid. One hundred percent would recommend.

Everything was up to code and exceeded our expectations. I have nothing to complain about.

Last day of check out there was loadshedding and their generator was not working. From 6am until 12am could not bath because there was no hot water 🥶

The stuff is very friendly, the is a backup generator in case of loadshedding

Loadshedding happened for hours which affected the wifi and water since when there's no electricity the is no water
