The understanding of the management on the unfortunate delay situation of the payment I had, was well taken, and I did solve it. It was easy to find. The ladies at reception were very welcoming and helpful. There is a security guard for night duty and access is remote controlled. They have a backup generator for essential lights during loadshedding

The walls are paper thin. Someone came in just before 4am and made a lot of noise in the corridor. I was seriously disturbed.

The location of the hotel and the staff have been and were wonderful to my expectations. Me and my coworkers, had a great stain, and once asked for scout to visit the Johannesburg town, your Staff Melissa gladly help us, on her off day. I'm happy and glad for the management on supporting your guests.

The loudsheding unfortunately.

The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. House cleaning was there everyday at the exact same time. They had a generator for loadshedding which really helped cause it kept the wifi on, the balcony outside was also really great.

For some reason the AC didn't feel cold enough but it still helped enough against the heat.

The place is so clean quite and i felt safe all the time.i will recommend this place to anyone who want to visit Johannesburg. The staff were so good and kind .i really enjoyed my stay.i wish i could have stayed longer.

Safe , Clean and accommodating

There was no DSTV , only data lite channels so I could not enjoy screening as I would have loved . No Netflix, Showmax youtube non . With the money I paid , I expected to have access to the above mentioned.

Receptionists are always friendly and very professional

Cleaners are making noise early in the morning. It looks like they can't really clean without making noise or waking up guests. Check out time starts at 10 am, but cleaners will be at the passage already before 10am making noise.
