We had a very nice room on the third floor in a quiet corner with lovely trees right outside the window. The room was well-equipped, except that there was no fridge. The bed was comfortable. The breakfasts had a lot of variety and were very good. The parking is secure and very close to the entrance.

It would have been nice if there was a little fridge in the room. Some guests were very noisy and were opening and closing doors, knocking and talking in the passage until late and from early in the morning.

The hotel was clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping the room clean each day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was unbelievable! Better than any hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! The outsourced shuttle driver was a little more expensive than Uber, but he was friendly and professional, and I felt completely safe with him. He knew my name and worked to meet my needs. I was staying here while my husband was in the nearby hospital. We are from another country, so there were a lot of challenges. Having a clean, comfortable, safe place to sleep at night gave me peace of mind and put me in a better position to support my husband through his hospital stay.

Housekeeping came a little early. Not a huge problem, though.

Location was perfect. It was my second time at Garden court Milpark. The breakfast was very good as always 👌👌

At first I thought the cards were not activated for opening the door and went back to the reception and I was assisted only to find out that they are still not opening. They had to call someone to come and open the door for us which apparently even others experienced the same problems wherein their cards couldn't open the door to the allocated room. But it was resolved as someone came to our rescue.

Rooms are exceptional but the environment is not ayoba. Breakfast is for kings.

It's situated near a tall flat that suffocates. It's very close to the hotel. You don't get a chance to see anything beautiful. The hotel parking is at that flat when u cross the street you enter an unwelcoming hotel reception. Everything is congested. It feels like you are entering the workplace not a hotel. They do not have a bar or restaurant. It's just a Dinning Hall that looks like a boarding school dinning Hall. Was not impressed at all. Supper is a big no no.

We needed to be close to the university and the res for our eldest's welcome event. The location for our purpose was ideal. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and the beds ensured a great night's rest. The bathroom was nice and modern. The hotel was clean throughout. Plenty of secure parking across from entrance to hotel. Overall, we were happy and had a most-pleasant stay. Looking to return soon.

No real issue but the reception on the TV in the room wasnt clear, the free wi-fi is limited to 350mb and the wait for food (at lunch) took a bit long. These were not significant deal breakers.

The staff and the management was very helpful .The surroundings was pleasant and neat.The hotel was close to all amenities including the hospital and private clinic.

On two occasions the food was off especially the evening meals...like the chicken was uncooked and the fish was off.The fish had a smell and taste.I did bring the matter to management.

Vuyo the lady at the reception was awesome. We were too tired from the night prayer and she assisted us to check in earlier to rest since most rooms were available. She was able to assist us with direction for many areas and guidance of where we wanted to go. The security man Mr Mashandule was helpful and smiled to my kids all the times when they step outside the hotel.

Breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety to choose from. The staff was friendly too. I will definitely visit again.

Our rooms did not have bar fridge only when I enquired with the front desk, I was told that some of the rooms don't come with a fridge. The lady offered me other rooms at an additional cost which I had to decline because I had not budgeted t spend more.

Ideal for a family of four. The room had two real double beds (not a sofa bed for the kids like many other hotels). Very good value for money; the included breakfast is excellent. We also had supper at the hotel and enjoyed the food. Good location to visit Gold Reef City (only a few minutes by car). Car parking felt safe and was only ZAR 40 per night. Small, but nice and clean gym.

By entering our room we realized noise from the nearby highway. The reason was a window, which did not close properly. But the staff was very helpful and immediately gave us another room which was quiet.

Very clean, very neat, friendly service, the morning breakfast staff and quality of breakfast was TOP notch.

I have to say eating at the hotel resturant at NIGHT wasnt pleasent, the food was not bad but wasnt good either, waiter was a bit slow aswell and we were only a hand full of tables, so it wasnt busy.
