The property was easily accessible and close to all amenities.

The deposit was unnecessary as we arrived late at night and were checking out early and there was no one at reception to give us back our cash the next morning. We lost an hour waiting.

I like the fact that they have solar geysers and seemed to be considering Solar Carports. It was clean inside. I also like the vending machine giving 20-30% discounts on selected items, clean lift, efficient lighting with motion & daytime sensors. The staff is great & friendly.

I didn't like the fact that the apartments are portrayed as being "luxurious" by name while being relatively simple and barely furnished. The buildings outside wall looks like it's overdue for repainting. Also need a board to indicate the entrance to the building, as it off-ramps into a hard-to-find cul-de-sac. I don't like the cash key deposit scheme they have. On top of the booking fee, one needs to have a cash equivalent amount to receive the key, otherwise it will take 5-11 days refund. I don't think it's necessary. Taking pictures of guests bank cards, under the pretext of using it for refund, is unacceptable and must stop immediately. Pictures next time I visit for leisure.

-The deposit on check-in is quite unnecessary specially for guests via booking.com - Pictures of IDs via WhatsApp on check-in 😒 - Generator didn't run (one night only) - Beds could be better quality - Rooms are booked in advance without prior notice (even if you are still in the room), so if you want to extend, you have to do it 1 or 2 days before or you may have to move to another room, or even not have a room at all.

It is my humble plea that security deposit issue made as number 1 on important things when checking in not last issue, secondly please make rechargeable lights available in the rooms as loadshedding seems to be more of a norm and won't end anytime soon. As you require security deposit + inspecting rooms on check out, a person who steals rechargeable lights will be pernalised so dark rooms during loadshedding are not an excuse.

It was clean and tidy, very close to shops and quiet.

I understand that it is a self catering place but not have dishwashing Cloths is something else must we carry around dishwashing Cloths also now and I find it unnecessary to have a toaster instead of an iron which is more important guests need to iron their clothes no matter what type of room they have booked its a necessity.

We loved the location, it was really quiet and clean, the lady that helped check us in was very friendly and s was the lady that helped when we were checking out

I didn't like the tone the one lady was using with the staff, I think she was the manager or the owner. When we were checking out she was yelling at the staff and didn't care that there were customers in the reception. I think she should've called the staff aside and had a talk with them privately. I was also hoping that there were generators at the facility

Big plus there is a back up power system so no loadshedding!!! I loved everything at this facility. Nice Bed, Great Shower had everything you need and aircon. I liked it all

When they clean our room and take your towels they dont swap it for new ones. They go and clean your old ones so it take a while and there is no towel's if you need any then. They also check your electricity meter for unites even if you have a dont disturbed sign on your door. So I was ill and at times I was sleeping so they either waked me up by knocking or entered while I was sleeping due to me not responding.

Location, It is close to the shopping centre and public transport is available.

there’s no desk in the room, had to work in bed. I wasn’t told about the refundable R500 holding deposit until I was there.
