The property has upgrades.

Hotel room: Room was very dark and you could literally hear others toilets flushing. Walls were super thin. I heard people moving in and out of there rooms all night. Shower also could have been cleaned better.

Wifi signal in bedroom weak and unstable, which is a problem, because the desk is in the bedroom, not the other room. Kind of not smart. electric outlet in bathroom doesn't work, so cannot charge shaver there. hair dryer same story, have to dry hair in bedroom, not bathroom, not convenient. windows lack bug screens. so have ot have aircon, even though weather would be ok to leave windows open. but too many goggas.

The room was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. We arrived late and left very early again; that‘s why we can‘t say anything about the offered breakfast.

The property was save and closed off from the street. What irritated us greatly was that we were asked by the door man whether we can spare some change as if he was short on money for his bus ride home.

The presidential suite is definitely worth every penny and more!!! It is really well located directly opposite Melrose Arch for an easy walk and Wezi was an absolute star. He made sure all our requests were managed and really went over and above our expectations.

The only thing was that they didn’t have any beverages in stock but it wasn’t a train smash

Apartment was nice and spacious and within easy walk of Melrose Arch so plenty of places to eat and drink. We had good support throughout. while we didn’t need much when we asked for help with anything it was always given promptly and with a great attitude

it would have been nice to have had a few things provided in the kitchen - water and juice for example.

We loved the place. Comfortable and had rooms with ensuite opposite each other to facilitate privacy which was great. Tastefully furnished, nice and clean apartment. Delicious breakfast served promptly. Caring, friendly and helpful staff.

Hearing security staff outside apartment window in the middle of the night (at around 2 and 3am) chatting on his phone. It woke me up!

The staff was amazing and accommodating. I can’t wait to come back here I was supposed to be in south Africa from Sept 4 - 14th and today is the 26th . From start to finish the best vacation experience ever . I have to give kudos Yewkai and Wezi . They both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent . I seriously cant wait to come back . I stayed at several properties while in South Africa from cape town to Sandtown to rose bank to melrose arch and Villa moyal exceeded expectations. Thank you

The Presidential suite was fabulous! I was actually shocked.Good service,beautiful breakfast and happy faces.Would definitely 😁 recommend.Right across from Melrose Arch.Felt safe,walked over to the Shopping Center.Lots of good restaurants.Reasonable!

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a bath tub and this luxury shower), and high quality service. i had the best birthday ever!!

Lovely location, located in a pocket of easily accessible businesses/restaurants/malls/cultural sites etc. Supportive staff willing to make accommodations for you during your stay. Only real downside is that Uber's really struggle to find the location so make sure to be ready to navigate.

The breakfast; fantastic fruit selection, but there is very little diversity in their options.
