Only had 2 towels, no water in the room

1. Upon arrival we were met by a friendly gentleman who remembered us from a previous stay. He quickly got us checked in. When we asked for an additional chair in the room, we were quickly furnished with one without question.

1. The internet is not stable at all and we had to resort to using our own data to get work done. 2. The bed for some reason felt like it was tilting towards the middle. This can perhaps just be investigated. 3. We brought our own toilet spray from home, which spray got thrown away without the staff enquiring whether they must/can throw it away or not. 4. The security staff at the gate was not very friendly by the time we booked out. 6. Shower floor tiles are a bit slippery and may pose a risk to injury when getting in after another has finished.

The place is clean and quiet, place to relax.

On my arrival the staff member ask me for an ID or drivers license of which i provided a driver's license, A copy of driver's license was made and check in finalized, While I was relaxing in my room, the boy followed me to my room and was asking for my ID, When i asked him why you asking for ID now of which he was unable to provide me with an answer, i told him that you should asked for both the ID and driver's license from the start. What I didn't like was, they acted like they didn't trust me or that my driver's license was fraudulent, If so in future they must ask for ID strictly not any other document that they don't have trust on it.

Regal Inn has truly surpassed my expectations, and I find myself in awe of the exceptional service provided in comparison to the amount paid for my stay. The level of service I received far exceeded what I anticipated, creating a sense of value that is truly commendable. What stands out most is the remarkable balance between affordability and the quality of service provided by Regal Inn. The accommodation rates are incredibly reasonable, yet the level of hospitality, cleanliness, and overall guest care rivals that of much more expensive establishments. It's truly refreshing to find a place that not only offers affordability but goes above and beyond in delivering a memorable and enjoyable stay. I must commend the entire team at Regal Inn for their commitment to excellence. The seamless check-in process, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the attentiveness of the staff have collectively contributed to a positive and memorable experience. It is clear that Regal Inn takes pride in providing guests with more than just a place to stay; they offer a genuine hospitality experience that exceeds expectations.

Aircon did not work during loadshedding, making it hote. Also, lack of powerpoints to charge, there only one plug point, do reconsider.

Beautiful scenery and the room was clean Enjoyed the facilities and the location

The room was a bit small The restuarant service was really bad..no milk to make tea..the cups was dirty...sat there for two hours no breakfast served and actually just walked out without having breakfast...I was told that there is only one chef and that they are very busy whilst other customers was served that walked in a long while after we did...if there is a next time id rather order my breakfast from outside....

It's quite, it's very clean.

I called reception multiple times and no one answered also at check out the lady was not friendly. However the gentleman at check in was very nice. I was having a terrible day when I checked in but he was so kind towards me and said words of encouragement, I forgot his name but am very greatful.

Very Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, And house keeping team always available, checking on you.

No exception to extend check out times even for a penalty fee. had a 4pm flight and had over 4 hrs to rest before my departure but was forced to check out at 11am. And the meals are a bit pricy though?

staff was very friendly they were very welcoming, rooms were very clean, even during load shedding they had back up generator, I will definitely recommend it to friends and family,and even come back again

Wifi was very poor on our room 302, we only got good connection at the reception, pool side, bar, n restaurant, and only if u can get bar fridges in the rooms an the bathroom mat

I didn't actually stay at the hotel but did not recieve any adverse reports from my colleagues that I book the accommodation for. I understand that they had a comfortable stat at Regal Hotel.
