POOLS WERE FACTORY ITS JUST EVERY TIME I WANT TO BOOK FOR A HOLIDAY THERES ALWAYS A WE FULLY BOOKED AND TO ME ITS DISSAPONTING I TRIED AGAIN BOOKING FOR DECEMBER 2025 AND RESPONSE WAS FULLY BOOKED AS, FOR THAT TIME MY WHOLE FAMILY IS ONLY AVAILABLE , BECAUSE THATS THE ONLY TIME EVERY ONE OF THEM CAN GET LEAVE SO THATS MY PROBLEM NEVER AVAILABLE FOR DECEMBER HOLIDAYS. PLEASE TELL ME WHEN THE TIME TO BOOK AS I TRIED AGAIN NOW EARLY IN JANUARY SAME RESPONSE FULLY BOOKED.

The staff was friendly. Everything was good. The place was clean. We had someone that came cleaned out the bin which was very nice really like that old man.

My light of the room in the double bed was not working that was a real inconvenience for us. We also had the pool to ourselves and the lady that worked there didn't bother to clean the pool it was constantly full of bugs and trees stuff and frogs which is highly disappointing therefore we didn't use the pool much. As I have ocd and it killed me being in that pool we stayed at the villas

Outside very well kept.

There is no major upgrades in the houses, still the same brown and beige furniture for many years now. For a resort of this statue I would not expect that I need to light a candle during loadshedding, there is no emergency lights fitted in the house nor is there even a flashlight, the lights was off alot during my stay. Games room needs attention. Did not like the fact that I needed to pay for the hot water facility when I already paid to be on the resort!

My family and I stayed in the golden Terrace Chalet. It was neat and clean. Everything we needed was in the chalet. The DSTV gave little problems, but after a while the connection was restored .

I did not like the fact that the shower did not have a door to close. The water spat on the floor, with only a small towel given to step in and out of. This was concerning and dangerous. Especially for my young children making use of it.

Our stay was awesome, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The chalet was well laid out, comfortable and clean, we asked to extend our stay and luckily we could. We enjoyed out time in Montagu.

Only thing that we didn't like is the toilet was broken in our chalet and we had to figure out how to flush the toilet. This should be checked and fixed before visitors arrive. We also felt that the staff need to be more attentive, some were very friendly.

The friendly staff and the way it was maintained in and around the place we stayed in .

The fact that the hot water pool was not working right and they did not inform us before we made the booking.But the staff informed us when we got here we had to go to avalon springs was a bit expensive to go in and the pools was also not up to the temperature we expect when we come to Montagu springs. The shop is expensive just a bit over price for your everyday things that you will pay half the price if you drive to the shops and that they by for less and sell to us for more much more.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The accommodation at Golden terrace was very clean, a wonderful view and the pool and surroundings was kept neat and tidy. Much better than Avalon Springs. Thank you

The payment to utilize the pools are a bit unnecessary. I understand why money are requested regarding the rent of the equipment for the games. Everything is kept in working order and clean. Thank you.

The fireplace inside golden terrace was so awesome and the barbecue braai outside 😍. The chalet has everything that you need. From the bedroom to the kitchen. Cozy and warm atmosphere ✨️ 💕 💖 😍 The Avalon Springs was freaken awesome with a variety of hot pools to choose from and cocktails served as well.

Loadshedding was horrible coz it was on stage 6 and each night of my stay the power went off 20h00-00h30. No tennis balls available at reception for play. No cash available at ATM machine. Need to drive to town to draw cash. All these activities needs to be paid in cash.

I loved the clean chalet, the friendly cleaning and security staff. The peace and the spacious chalet.

The unfriendly admin and not connected to the wifi. Admin staff was not very helpful and asked me what kind of phone do I have when I said samsung they said there is nothing they could do if I can't connect. Our check in time was 13:00, they gave the key 15:15 without an apology.

I appreciated the welcoming staff. We arrived before the check in time and was allowed to check in. The property was neat and clean. The pool was clean, hot enough. The family thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Possibly renting the bikes for the day and not just one hour. Adding the hot pool price in the booking price. Furthermore, everything else was satisfactory..
