The place was cosy and comfortable to rest when passing through the city for work, an event or and appointment. It's close to a mall and spar across the street, nice and warm. Shower and free wifi. The staff was wonderful

I really don't have anything negative to say. I enjoyed my stay there. I had a good nights rest. Early shower and sorted all I came to do in Nelspruit and went home.

Everything was perfect nothing to complain 😌

Only one thing and maber u guys can try if it is possible is privacy of the shower like last time I did stay with a friend and when he needed to shower I had to wait out side and when I showered he waited out side so it's a bit tuff at sometimes but with your girl then it's ok then but other then that it was perfect 👌

Properly was great Very clean and friendly staff When I told them about the problem with the room they didn’t really do something about it but what can you do when you are already booked in. The bed is very comfortable slept really good

There were a few things wrong with room 313 Tv - remote didn’t work - we couldn’t watch Tv The window couldn’t open The shower door couldn’t close Other than that it’s things you can get through

We loved the warm hospitality we received from the receptionist we met when we checked in. She was wonderful. Too bad we forgot her name. The other 2 receptionist were not very friendly so I give them ½ star each. We loved how clean the premises and the room we were in was. Good job on the cleanliness.

I believe receptionists are the face of the company, so if they are not hospitable enough then, as guests we hold back gratitude. However, the one who served us when we checked in, she was AMAZING 5 ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to her

I like this hotel because of the location because it is close to everything, close to the mall, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and other interesting places.

Some sinks are clogged, preventing water circulation, the hotel should be concerned about this maintenance.

Receptionist Lunguile very kind and availble to provide warm welcome and immediate support to us since our arrival until departure she was also always open to help and guide us during our staying at the hotel

Power was cut twice while we were at hotel and Housekeeping service was not available after 5pm and no meals service available breakfast, Lunch and dinner and that take us to walk later at night for instance to get meals

Always great to Rooms are always clean and up to great standards Thank goodness for the air conditioning

Their entrance gate wasn’t working so had to reverse and use other gate Nicked the pavement whilst reversing at 1 am during load shedding lost a tyre

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and the treatment we got from the cleaners they were very friendly with us when they want to clean our rooms

Sun1 is the best place to stay when u travel lot everything is 100% everytime when i go to nelspruit i stay in sun1 but please they must add fridge and microwave

My request is if sun1 they can add fridge and microwave,for me this place is too expensive cause u only get bed 🛌 and toilet 🚻 only but u pay lot u can't even make a cup of tea the morning is like u r in jail u only get bed,TV,shower and toilet.
