Bed was comfortable, room clean, staff friendly, even at 2am.

The menu in the restaurant is completely traditional food. On the off chance a local comes to the hotel to stay, they may appreciate it. But for Guests from out of town, plate of potato chips or a simple burger, or a toasted sandwich available would go down well. Have the options for 'normal' restaurant food as well.

Location and the apartment,not just a room. Reception staff very friendly and helpful Rooms very neat and comfortable once I was moved to another apartment because of a broken door lock in the 1st apartment.

Maintenance let Mercure down 😌I reported a faulty door lock when I arrived,came back at night to find the lock still broken,😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨I was told all the apartments are being upgraded..

I really loved the location it is right next to ilanga mall so we were able to walk and save alot on transportation. The best part of our stay was the hard working staff they were friendly and patience with us. The whole place was more then what we expected we even saw peacocks such a beautiful creature. Definitely coming back next year.

I loved that it’s a hotel, while still cozy, and parking right outside the unit. Loved that it’s located right across from a Shopping Mall, so hardly needed to drive. A good balance of pretty scenery, while still close to ‘civilisation’. Load shedding ….not an issue at all!!!

Apart from nearly tripping over the tree roots that are beneath the paving, it was perfect.

We checked out from the room Sunday around 10:30 around 10:40 we went back to the room because we forgot a card and money but it wasn’t there anymore and the maid had been there so there is theft in the hotel and I was very upset. I sent an email but nothing was said to me. I’m still waiting for our belongings

Very neat and tidy and the reception very welcoming. Our lights had one globe dead and it was replaced in no time. Close to shopping mall and Mbombela stadium.

The facility is good overall bar two things. The TV signal is very poor you hardly see anything on the screen. The bathroom and front window blinds are worn out and they let outside light into the room.

I have memories in the hotel that goes back for more than 15 years. I can't but like it.

Seems the covid has impacted it severely. It needs a serious renovation. System was down for our whole stay which means they couldn't honor my reservation but they managed to provide us with an accommodation. Rooms amenities have drastically deteriorated. I feel sad to write this and sincerely wish Mercure global management takes a decision to renovate this property.

Went and watched the Springboks and All Blacks rugby and Mercure location was perfect. We just had to walk out of the gate of Mercure, got onto the bus and off to the rugby game. Room is clean and has the facilities that your need is also readily available. We always stay here when we go to Innibos and we will definitely stay over when we are going to watch sports.

I liked the whole setting of the hotel, it was closer to shops and everything the staff was very friendly and very polite upon my arrival, I'd very much recommend it to anyone this is one of the best places I have visited
