The location is great, walking distance from restaurants and shops. The staff were amazing, Ches and Uncle Sammy were very friendly and helpful. Our room was small but clean and had everything we needed. (bathrobes, hairdryer, toiletries, coffee, tea & water). The Lights and WIFI stayed on when it was load-shedding. They don't cater for halaal but they arranged a vegetarian breakfast (made separately) for us which was good. Thank you!

The private parking was challenging - especially if you have a big car. There's only space for 4 which is very tight and you have to reverse your way out. Very nerve wrecking. I'll advise that you first have a look before you drive through the gate to see what you up against.

For the start being greeted at the arrival by Sammy was an exclusive experience that made our entire stay something special and unique. The location of the hotel is perfect, just steps away from what city has to offer. Hotel itself is super clean and well managed however if we would have to stay in the room that was initially assigned to us it would leave us rather disappointed. Luckily we were quickly moved to another room which exceeded our expectations. There is a gated parking space, which is tiny but the staff is doing what they can to fit as much cars as possible in it. Breakfast was very pleasant and again staff was super nice. The day receptionist / manager who's name I didn't get was also extremely attentive. Overall the staff makes this place super special, you feel you're well looked after.

The initial room we were assigned to had a blind window and felt claustrophobic. I believe if you're booking this type of the room (with window facing a wall) you should be warned to make sure you're making a conscious decision.

Rooms were spotless, well maintained, comfortably furnished & tastefully decorated. Double-layer windows cut out all noise from the street below at night and the aircon made the room all the more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and generous and served in a cafe full of character. Staff were warm, friendly and hospitable.

Location was about 2 blocks outside of the main town so we were a little cautious when walking back at night as but close enough to be convenient. I probably would have opted to Uber if I had been alone.

We loved our outside Flatlet so tastefully decorated and equipped. The staff of this hotel make this place and all commendation to them. Ches is an absolute gem and nothing is too much effort for her. She is always there to help and her support staff complement her. A happy bunch of people indeed makes this a little gem. Perfect location.

The roof top area needs some attention and the hotel restaurant could do with some ventilation indoors, it's can become very hot and stuffy.

The location is great, and the staff are very helpful, doing all they can to make your stay pleasant. The little extras for our anniversary was a heartfelt gesture. Despite having a road-facing room, the outside traffic wasn't a bother.

Parking and WiFi are definitely the biggest gripes. Despite the staff being very helpful, you get the impression that they are short-staffed. I visited this facility twice, and on both occasions, check-in was a few minutes late.

The staff members were amazingly helpful and friendly. it was my husband's 40th and they even placed a beautiful card, box of chocolates and bottle of wine in the room for us to celebrate it. The breakfast was more than filling, there was a secure parking space, the shower was great and the hotel is centrally located - just an all-round lovely experience.

The only downside is them not having an alternative for the TV when loadshedding hits. Other than that, perfect!

Location is very good for centre of Stellenbosch - staff were really friendly - breakfast was sufficient and included cooked breakfast. Parking secure and critically, rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. Nice little lounge area outside the bedrooms if you wanted to make yourself a coffee or use a microwave.

Its on a busy road and I think all bedrooms face on to it - but that's scratching to find something to fill in here.

Very central location and a nice breakfast provided. There’s also a big roof top terrace and the staff was super lovely.

Unfortunately there is not enough parking and you also can’t reserve a parking spot when booking, so you have to be lucky to get one, which we weren’t. There is a big parking lot close by, but you will have to pay for it.

The fruit at breakfast as well as the hot breakfasts were very nice. The hotel was ideally located in the heart of Stellenbosch which made it very easy to get around.

I would have a hard time coming up with any complaints. The parking spaces were a bit tight, but that was not all that surprising and I was very grateful to have free, secure parking.

The check in experience was very good indeed and the gentleman made extra effort to accommodate me. The facilities are excellent and the room matched that of a five star hotel. I booked the day before so the price was on the higher side, but I expected this for such a late booking. Parking is offered and I would recommend you park in front of the hotel and the staff will assist you to the parking area. The breakfast was really very good.
