Very good location, very close to Seomyeon subway station inside the Busan city. So it is very easy to travel around, and there are so many shopping or food places around Seomyeon. Despite the whole building looks very old, the room itself is very big and clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. Although this hostel is right next to traditional market, we didn’t feel any noise or smell issue. The receptionist guy is a very passionate guy, and no problem communicating in English

There is no elevator, so you need to carry your bag or suitcase up the stairs. The street for the hostel is pretty dark at night, so it might feel scary and unsafe if walking alone at night.

A room in this hostel was very affordable yet one of the most comfortable ones throughout my stay in Korea. The staff allowed me to check in early and kept my luggage secured after check-out. Room fridge, AC, hot water, slippers, filtered drinking water, a shared lounge with a kitchen, clean towels etc. all provided. There is a nice rooftop terrace to enjoy and the location is simply great, just a few minutes walk from the Seomeyon subway station with great connections to the airport, Jagalchi, Haeundae etc. I really liked the drawings of Busan's attractions along with directions how to get there on the walls in the common areas and in the room.

The fact that I stayed only one night.

Room and bathroom were good. I only had up to 2 other roommates. For the 3 of us, sharing the bathroom was ok. I understand the concern of the fishsmell. As it is winter, the smell was less intense + for me the most important was that it was not in the bedroom, which was the case. The hostel is right in the Market, so lots of food and late night snacks possibilities which was awesome. Room was cleaned everyday and you get new towels. There is shampoo and body and toothpaste available in the bathroom. You can also do your laundry. It is also close to the subway and buses, which makes getting around easy.

As mentioned the fishsmell might be an issue in the summer. In the winter it was ok, however it is not in the room. There is also no toilet brush, which can make things challenging.

The hostel is just at the entrance of the market,few minutes from Seomyong subway station. The dormitory was big enough to open my big suitcase, each bed has a little curtain for privacy and for the light. The toilet is inside the dormitory. The owner was really nice and helpful!

No elevator,the hostel is on floor 2,3,4 so if you have a big suitcase,think about it. The market start being noisy since early in the morning so you should be aware. The common spaces were not well kept,probably because if the low season but I wished the kitchen and lounge area was accessible. You could still go to the terrace on 5th floor anyway

The locations really good, literally round the corner from the subway station. The rooms were very clean, there was a free washing machine which was super appreciated. The kitchen environment was great. The beds were also really comfy!! would recommend!

Literally the ONLY thing I wasn't keen on was that right outside is the market- the noise is no bother at all as the rooms are well sound proofed it was just the smell from it if you left the room window open. I woke up first morning as my bed was by the window smelling the fish and it made me feel unwell. This isn't something that the hotel have control over though, just my experience. Would still recommend though besides as the Aircon was great so just kept the window shut.

Very good location, near metro, bus stations and there is variety of restaurants & bar just in 10 mins walk, the hostel is just next to Seomyeon Market, quiet & empty at night but you will feel safe. They provide everything you will need in the room including the bottles of water! The rooftop is great place to chill. Personally I think exit 9 from Seomyeon is the best to access, with elevator for luggage carry & easy to identify the hostel entrance, it is at the corner, easy to miss if you come from the other side on arrival.

The fishy smell is strong only at the hostel door, but all good once you get in the hostel.

The accommodation is very close to Seomyeon Station, where line 1 and line 2 intersect, very convenient to go to famous tourist destinations in Busan, and also convenient to go to Gimhae airport, or Busan Station (where There is a KTX train from Seoul to Busan). The place is very close to the market and there are many restaurants. The hostel owner is very friendly and supportive. The room is decorated with paintings of famous places in Busan and comes with instructions on how to get to those places, great for first-time tourists to Busan.

the bathroom is a bit cold

The service staff has a good attitude. They are very nice to discuss about the daily tour and provide local weather temperature and whether it will rain. They refill water bottles and bath towels every day to keep us comfortable stay.

It's too close to the Busan Market and there will be a peculiar smell. We need to turn on the indoor air conditioning filter to feel more comfortable.

Everything was good :) not outstanding but I just needed a place to sleep and for that it was absolutely perfect. The location is great. There is a market and a nightlife area nearby. And you are just 2 minutes away from Seomyeon station. Oh and the staff is amazing. They are really kind and helped me with everythin I needed!

There is no real community space to meet other people. Everyone was minding his own business and there was no motivation to experience stuff together. But this is not the fault of the hostel, just in general I think.

Location! It was right next to Bujeon market and budget-friendly places to eat. Convenient transport links. Super comfy bed. The owner was lovely and very accommodating. He let us check in early and also offered us an umbrella on the day wr left because it was raining.
