Near metro station with two lines and many buses. The room is small but clean, new and stylish. Comfortable bed, fresh linen and sheets. The LG Styler steamer in the room is a very convenient option.

Not many places to hang clothes - only two hangers. There are no towel hooks at the sink. The blinds do not close completely, so at night the light from the neon signs on the street comes through the window. There are no english instructions for the air conditioner and TV, it is needed, the wall temperature controller does not work, the air conditioner is controlled via the TV remote.

Perfect location. Near the subway. Only walking 3~5 min can get to the subway station and the more important is it's in the city center. Many stores nearby the hotel. We found 2 Starbucks around 100 meters Even more, there’s an LG styler machine inside. After eating BBQ or seafood soup, we can remove the smell easily The best thing is the quick response of the hotel. Once I have the questions, they prompt reply to me. Also, they contacted me the day before I check-in. Excellent service

Location was perfect. 5 min walk from Seomyon station so convenient to get wherever you need to go. Clothes airer machine in the room which is nice bonus. Laundry facilities were very convenient. Quiet area.

Toilet kept clogging and room got very warm as you have no control over the room temperature. Opened the window to get some air in which also let the mosquitoes in. House keeping only came once in our 3 night stay so ran out of places to throw rubbish and with nowhere to hang towels, had to reuse small wet towels. Our room was directly opposite another guest room and the doors were so close that we couldn't open our doors at the same time.

The hotel is very centrally located in a party and nightlife area. The orange and green metro lines are about a 5-minute walk away. Many restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks good English. Breakfast is included in the price. The hotel has a spacious and clean lobby. The rooms are only cleaned every two days, but the cleanliness is not a disadvantage. Shower towels and water bottles can be fetched at the reception at any time. Washing and drying clothes costs 3000 won, a fair price.

Shower has no curtain, after showering the toilet is full of water. The room noise from the neighbours was sometimes very audible. In addition, the motion detector in the entrance to the room switched on the light several times during the night.

The hotel is just a couple minutes away from different subway stations. It was easy to find and in a lively, nice erea. The staff were super friendly and helpful at any time of day. When we had troubel with the toilet the girl from the reception even came up herself to take care of it for us. We had a LG Styler in our room which was really helpful at times. Only letdown: There was no explanation on how to use it. So we had to google it. Both the room and the bathroom where clean.

Right beside the Hotel is a parking garage which got quite noisy at times. Especially in the morning hours.

The front office staff from check in to check out were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and they were able to assist in English. Thank you !! The room was not huge but I was only a solo traveller with small bag. Bathroom shower separated from toilet a plus. There was a free washer / dryer downstairs and steamer cabinet on the room. you did need to buy a washing capsule from front office if you didn't have your own but not an issue. My room was super quiet and comfortable bed and pillows. The food variety and coffee offered at breakfast was good and I thought value for price. I liked the downstairs common area where you could sit and relax or eat your takeaway. There was a free water cooler downstairs to refill water bottle and water bottles in fridge on arrival. Once I worked out location Exit 9 out of station go straight to fountain turn left down alley essentially the 2nd alley from station. So transport was easy buses a short walk. Hotel is in middle of large area of great local restaurant and near to shopping malls. Also go out exit 5 or 7 of station and you can easily walk to the local Seomyeon market streets more food and shopping.

Well, maybe that towels provided were only small, face towels. And need to put some signs nearby identifying the hotel’s location in order to find the place easier.

The hotel is located very well, close to metro and surrounded with many shops, stores, cafes etc. It’s also a very comfortable, nicely organized room with a lot of useful details and good products. The bed was big and very comfortable. Wi-fi also worked perfectly. The staff was friendly.

I couldn’t get an earlier check-in, which was quite tough as I had only 3 hours of sleep that night and was very tired after my trip to Busan. The hotel offers only small towels, which is not a big disaster, but would be great to have bigger ones as well. There is a bit weird system with cleaning the rooms, you either opt-in for everyday cleaning (which is not sustainable and frankly not needed) or need to give a heads-up early in the morning which is also not very comfortable if you staying for holidays and would love to have a longer sleep / slow morning. Again, not a big deal though. Overall it’s a very nice hotel.

Rooms are small but that's typical of most hotel rooms in SK and to be honest, you'll be out exploring the whole time and only use your room to shower and sleep anyway. The front desk staff was awesome. Love the little counter in the lobby. We actually grabbed a pizza and a few beers from the supermarket nearby and had a quick dinner there twice! No great views but again..basically just slept there. Great laundry facilities. Amazing air conditioning. Loved my nice deep soak tub. Very welcome treat after a long day of walking.

The location was good, a bit distant from the loud part of the district but still reachable by foot. Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around. Well connected with public transport.

There wasn't enough space in the room to store our belongings. We stayed for 6 days and really felt it. We had to put our clothes on the table or on the chairs. A proper wardrobe would have been nice.
