We are really impressed, it’s value for money for the quality we paid. Interior design and room setup remind us of The Fullerton Bay Hotel in Singapore. A lot of drawers fitted under the countertop, which is long enough to place 2 luggages on it to conveniently pack belongings. The toilet is segregated, toilet bowl & shower are separated so multiple guests can use them concurrently. There’s even a bathtub to enjoy a jacuzzi spa! Hotel is conveniently located, cafes downstairs & nearby, lots of good local food options walking distance away. Lotte Dept Store is also nearby. Convenient to get taxi (we used Kakao T), or walk to the Seomyeon metro station. Breakfast selection was good, we enjoyed making our own Croffles every morning! (they prepared the dough & you just need to put it in the waffle maker for 3mins). Recommend to go down early for breakfast, as there’s limited seating at the dining space, otherwise guests will have to queue to wait to go in.

Location is great cause the subway station "Seomyeon" has to main lines "1" & 2". Direction to hotel from Seomyeon station: There is a lift at Exit 5 and if you get out by Exit 7, you have to get up by staircase. Is no joke if you carry big and heavy luggage Get out of lift, turn right (same direction when you get out by Exit 7. Walk straight about 100-200m and look on the right side(across the road), you can see the hotel. Cross opposite to the hotel. Hope it helps for 1st timer to the hotel.

Overall a great place with spacious rooms located very close to the subway and pretty much in the center of Busan. It was clean and they provided water everyday, which was nice. I thought it was quite cheap for the size of the room.

The air conditioner was quite noisy and had a very visible green light lighting up the room at night. The bathroom could use some hooks for the towels and the shower lacks a place to put the shower head during showers - it was a little inconvenient to have to hold the shower head up while shampooing.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Arban Hotel but this stay was with my family. The location is convenient with just a few minutes walk from the metro station and lots of places to eat nearby and a number of convenient stores. Quite a reasonably sized room with separate bathroom and toilet. The jacuzzi in the room was a great addition to relax after a long day out in the sun. The laundry is a good addition but since there are only 2 machines, it was a long wait in the evenings but managed to get the laundry done in the mornings. Staff were very helpful in providing information on request and it really helped us plan some fun activities during our stay.

The room has an exit sign which is brightly lit. In the night even if all the lights are switched off in the room the bright light is on and it was disturbing our sleep. The toilet was very noisy due to some kind of an automatic sensor system and there were some plumbing issues as there was water leakage in the toilet.

Great hotel, spacious room, good breakfast (with both korean and western options), they allowed us to check-in a bit earlier. The hotel is located in the heart of Seomyeon area with a huge offer of cafes, bars, restaurants of all sorts, shops etc, and tube station is about 6-7min walking. Busan is a very extended city so in terms of main touristic attractions there are not many in this area (most of them are near Gwangalli, Haeundae or near BIFF Square) but you can get there easily with the tube or even in Uber/taxi which are quiet cheap in Korea.

Didn't really bother us but if you have light sleep, you can hear some traffic noise but only on the weekends (it's pretty quiet on weekdays).

The room was surprisingly large and comfortable. The hotel is at the heart of a live and busy part of the city but centeic enough that you can get everywhere with the public transport. The hotel has a self-service laundry room (coin-based) that came as a life saver for us after several weeks of travel.

The room window if fully tinted and no light enters, loosing any potential sight (which one could partially see by opening the window) and sense of day. The breakfast was not worth it considering that it was charged separately.

We came 1-2hrs before check in time and the counter staff was nice enough to let us use the room earlier. It's these little gestures that really make a good first impression. The hotel is located right in the middle of Seomyeon and was a very convenient base to travel all around Busan. The lobby is on the 13th floor and the rooms from the 12th floor and below. A very proper and clean hotel unlike many of the other smaller and dingy hotels in the area. No toothbrushes and shavers provided as per all Korean hotels. Room was huge and enough to fit a small chair and side table too. TV was huge. There was a large bathtub and a separate shower area.

No self service laundry. There is no door to the toilet area so it gets a bit chilly with the air-conditioning on.

Top location in the very centre of Busan. Definitely a good neighborhood with lots of options for dinner, bars and shops, as well as the perfect starting point for visiting the rest of the city. The hotel is good, with comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Clean and well equipped for long staying.

I didn't really appreciate the fact that the room had a narrow view on the outside. Also, I would suggest to the hotel to equip the laundry with some armchairs, to make it easier to wait for the washing/drying machine.

Great location if you want to be in the city. The staff were friendly and breakfast was adequate. Close to metro station to get all around Busan. We changed rooms and upgraded due to issues with first room and they were great at letting us change and even upgraded us. Loved this hotel once the noise issue was sorted. I would recommend.

The bowling on 5th floor was so loud the first night we couldn't sleep as we were on 6th floor. The bowling and music goes until 3 or 4 in morning. The staff then moved us to 11th floor without any issue which was way better and a beautiful room. They really helped us to sort it out.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, nicely decorated . Loved the layout of the bathroom - but one doesn’t spend a lot of time in there. BIG to screen too for those ten lovers Hotel not easy to find at first, located in a busy area.

Difficult to locate, entry was a covered passageway beside a coffee shop called The Twosome Place. Safe didn’t work in the bedroom and staff were alerted. These things need checking before guests arrive.
