I was fascinated by the beautiful view. The staff was very kind and the room overall was nice and comfortable. The location is great! Wish I stayed longer.

Looking closely to the room, you can tell it’s a little older but it’s also totally fine.

The hôtel was super close to haeundae beach, 2min walk just across the street. The familly room was big there is an entrance with a base table and a storage cabinet for hanged and for folded. The bathroom us huge and very convinient especially when you comeback from the beach for that shower. It contains a shower and a bathtub. You get a small balcony at thw entrance where ypu can see the tall buildings and a window in the room when you can see buildings tooamd a part of the beach (i took the city view room).

You have to buy the toothpaste amd brush so bring yours.

Perfectly located right in front of Haeundae Beach and really close to the market. Room was spacious and clean. There were a lot of convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. We booked a sea view room so the view was amazing. Really good value and would definitely stay again.

We read the reviews so we knew we had to being toiletries and towels since the hotel only provided soap and small towels. Would be great if the windows were cleaner and if there was a bidet for the toilet.

The location was great. You are literally across from the beach. Starbucks downstairs, a street full of shops and activities just outside walking back from the beach. Food stalls, gifts,a pharmacy up the Rd. Taxis everywhere, a 15 walk to the scenic beach railroad. It's a perfect location. The room was clean and had all I needed for a comfortable stay. For those who like a pub, there's a few great beer and food places in the area. I went to one along the beach front. There's a really great surf beach and several surf cafes and rentals at the end of the scenic blue line. Worth the visit and a lovely walk back a long the board walk. Recommend.

The building looks dated, don't be put off. Location is key and great value for money.

really loved the view from our room, high enough to get a good view, low enough to people watch clearly. bed and linens were comfy enough. daily housekeeping is available and optional. location is right on the beach, food all around the streets, can walk further into the smaller lanes and towards the train station if you want slightly cheaper food.. quite ok pricing for location and view in comparison to other hotels within the same location and tier (though still a little high)

not the biggest issue since i habitually bring my own toothbrush, toiletries etc - chargeable by hotel as they are trying to reduce single use items. would be good to have option for 2 single beds but no such thing for our room. no extra bedding available either, just futon(?) + blanket, and charged per day!

This hotel is strategically located just across Haeundae Beach and 2 minutes walk aways from Haeundae Market. Lots of F&B options.

The window is extremely dirty which spoilt the view of the beautiful beach front. In addition before arrival when I ask about late check out inform that they will be able to provide late checkout but upon check in when I ask, if you I was shock that they wanted to charge me some extra KWR15k per hour after 11am check out time.

The hotel is clean and spacious. We chose the room with the seaview and its amazing. I love the bathroom. Easy to locate the hotel. Near the street food. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and I would choose the same hotel again if I were to come and visit Busan again. The price also affordable.

There is no self service washing machine and dryer. Bath towel wasn’t provided. You have to pay extra for it. But it is okay.

The location is superbe. Not to far a walk from the intercity bus station. And than you're almost ON the beach. The room i had on the 13th floor was spacious. The neighbourhood is buzzling and quite divers in what it offers guests.

Not a real problem but i would not call it a boutique hotel. That to me requires a beter/unique design of the whole hotel.

The hotel is right near the beach with excellent amenities close by. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The towels were very small. The USB sockets didn't work, and the only toiletries provided were a small bar of soap. If you want extra toiletries; e.g. shampoo, conditioner, razor, toothpaste, etc. You have to pay extra, which is located on 5F reception floor.

Good location, the hotel is close to EVERYTHING, the beach, food walking streets, a lot of cafes & restaurants around. Mapo station for blue line park is also about 15 mins walking away.

Curtain is not black out, it’s abit bright in the morning for light sleeper like me. Hotel does not provide toothbrush and towels (it is stated in the hotel description)
