really liked this hotel the location is perfect for a beach holiday

we had been told there was luggage storage, there is but it’s exclusive to residents of Korea as you need a Korean phone number to use. This was hugely frustrating as we had been told we could come to the hotel early and use the storage. However the staff were kind and helped us find alternative storage and so it didn’t cause us much stress after the initial panic.

I have little mixed feelings. In first day I was little disappointed as there is no reception and the automatic check-in system is really small and hard to notice. But I stay 5 nights, love the room, the view to ocean, the balcony with bathtub. All you need for nice stay in your room is there. Super good location.

Missing the atrium and the welcoming feeling. Under the bed is totally not cleaned - dropped one item down and the dust level there is huge.

Incredible view from the top floor! Really comfortable beds and a beautiful separated shower as well. Housekeeping was also excellent!

The self check in was a little confusing at first as I was looking for a lobby, not expecting the digital kiosk. I’m not sure if I just missed information about self check in/check out online but I think that could be clearer, or at least reminded of by email on the day of check in.

Great hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and a location that can't be beat.

The discouragement to talk to humans, instead of doing things thru an app. One misses especially the ability to ask a front desk about things like laundry, good restaurants, suggestions. These are minor, though.

The self check in and check out options can be a bit difficult for some non Korean speaking folks, but there was someone waiting for me to help with the procedure although I was super late in checking in ( I did contact them in advance that I would be late though)

The room was comfortable for 2 adults and a dog/decent size + GREAT OCEAN VIEW When we just arrived i found some hair in the closet with the bath robes,which was changed and fixed right away after i called. Location is 10/10 I loved how much thought they put in being pet friendly.They gave us free shampoos and moisturisers for our puppy + cooling mattress + puppy pads + poo bags with holder + dog towels.Also they have a puppy day care which helped a lot.Staff there was friendly and gentle.I asked them to send me pictures and videos of my furr baby every once in a while and they did + hotel`s resturant cooks dog meals We dont like our room being cleaned every single day when we stay for short period of time (this time 2nights/3 days) and so when we hanged DO NOT DISTURB sign the maid just left everything that we need (toileteries/towels/dog stuff etc.) in the bag AT OUR DOOR that was amazing. In conclusion,i will be coming back to stay here again with pleasure!

It had a beautiful view, a dog friendly building and the location was perfect for work and pleasure.

Although Busan is ahead of all the world, I wouldn't have minded having one front desk staff member who hopefully spoke some English.

It was clean and it was actually dog friendly in the sense that they actually set up the room with a dog in mind. Also quite clean.

It was a little bit pricey but all of the included things, for the pet, really helps.

It’s really close to the beach, just 3 minutes by walk. Bed really comfortable

There was not a good smell in our room, maybe bcz of the humid towel.
