The room itself is spacious and have great Seaview. The junior suite came with 2 beds (1 King and 1 Queen). Even comes with mobile charging cables. Location is great and it very near to the traditional market and the beach itself. Short walking distance to the train station. Plenty to shop around there.

The lift up and down the hotel is not very convenient. Have to take lifts up to 4th floor, then change lift to check in at 6th floor. Lifts are not very new and can only take like 6-7 passengers before it starts to beep. Overcrowded during peak times. Another thing is the pillows provided are too soft and thin. Not comfy to sleep on.

Great location near the metro, bus stops and the beach. The view from the room was amazing. The amenities such as washer and induction stove are great for families. Staff were friendly as well.

There are 3 separate lifts that you have to take when checking in. 1st to 4th floor, 2nd to residence counter, 3rd to the room itself. For the pool, you have to bring along a cap or purchase a swimming cap at 4th floor counter.

10mins walk from the station; opposite the beach; close to main food street; bedroom was huge and had a washing machine

The reception staff was not attentive whilst I stood in front of the counter. The washing machine was not cleaned out and had sand in the filter. Swimming pool was closed for autumn though the weather outside was still boiling hot.

Location was excellent, a minute walk from the beach and at the start of the strip near many restaurants and bars. Room was spacious with a great view, large beds, small kitchen and a sofa

For a 2 bedroom suite, only one bathroom and very small. Finding lobby is not convenient and can be confusing to some people.

The room was much bigger than described. My room was at the high floor and the view was amazing both from living room and bedroom. I could see all the Haeundae beach and also Gwangan Bridge. This area is quite busy area where the parking is very difficult but the accommodation offered free parking which is quite a big merit. All the staff were very kind and helpful.

Facilities were outdated and need upgrading. Walls have holes and cracks that need to be fixed. Kitchen and bathroom were very outdated.

The set up is a smidge confusing to navigate at first with 3 hotels in one. I didn't like having to switch elevators.

The view from my room was facing the ocean and at an angle it has beautiful combination of buildings and ocean.
