1) superb location. at Mipo end of Haeundae Beach. lots of eateries in surrounding area. on lovely dry day, the beach is literally at door step (a few minutes walk) and you can have a really nice stroll to the city centre. Bus stop around the corner ( to Centum City, Haeundae Station Exit 5 a major pickup point for bus tours etc), walk to Haeundae Blue Line Park ( for beach train or sky capsule or walk the board walk all the way to Songjeon station), call a taxi to Yonggunsa Temple (about 20mm away, and drop into Lotte Premium Outlet mall nearby the Temple if you’ve time). we didn’t take the subway but they are nearby too. 2) most important was the washer and dryer LG TROMM 9 kg machine- so quiet and powerful!!! (wash is about 1hr, standard dry time is about 3.5hrs… and there is an inbuilt drying rack drawer built into the wardrobe!!!) 3) Daily housekeeping, 4) friendly front desk staff who were not proficient in English but made every effort to understand what we requested (through mobile app translation).

1) No views was not an issue with us, but for those looking for room with view, be aware the apartment blocks is like a flanked V with view of the very big carpark and opposite buildings. basically no view but it actually doesn’t bother us as we are out visiting the whole day and the apartment is spacious with basic amenities met ( comfy bed, large bathroom, quality body shampoo, hair shampoo, conditioner), pots and pans, cutlery and dinner plates for two pax, microwave, giant fridge bd freezer and microwave).2) only 2 clothes hangers… should provide more. 3) no bath floor mat/ floor towel.

The room was spacious. The included washing machine is great! There was all the basic kitchen equipment and daily fresh towels. Gym access is also good and there is a convenience shop on the ground floor. There is also a place to wash your feet from sand on the ground floor if you’re coming from the beach - which is literally just across the street. We loved that there was a bidet and the bathroom was overall really nice. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were also included. There was quite a lot of storage space.

Sometimes the elevators took a while to come. There was no cleaning equipment in the room so if you don’t get room service and stay for a longer time (we stayed for 10 days), it’s a bit tricky to keep it clean. It can be difficult to communicate in English with some of the staff so definitely download a translator before coming

We were upgraded to a bigger room, which was actually an apartment. We had full kitchen, living room, bedroom and a bathroom. Washing machine was available but you need your own detergent. Also there was no drying rack. There were two AC, and they worked well. TV was huge and you can sign up with your Netflix account and enjoy it. Sofa was comfortable. There was a pan and a pot so it was possible do some cooking. Also a rice cooker was available. There wasn’t that many plates or forks but it was doable. They bring you water and clean towels everyday. There is a great gym! And the location is 3 min from the beach, great location.

Some parts of the apartment was getting run down. But for us it was a great apartment and we could have stayed longer. No early check-in or drying rack.

The hotel though it does not offer breakfast, is near to various restaurants and convenience stores that offer inexpensive meals. It was also very near the Haeundae Beach with its lovely views. The room is also fully equipped with its own stove, microwave and washing machine which is not usually in the hotels I visited. The room is also very spacious and has very good airconditioning and a television with a wide array of channels to watch. The bed is very soft and comfortable. One also needs to cooperate by disposing your bottles and garbage at the recycling area in the basement.

There was this beeping sound outside my hotel window which kept me awake at night. But if you are tired from touring the place, you would not mind it anymore. Some of the hotel staff have difficulty in communicating in English. The place however is hard to locate. Our taxi driver had difficulty in finding it in his computer. We had to use nearby hotels as references or landmarks. It turned out that Plea de Blanc is one of six hotels inside one building.

The location is good. So close to the beach where it's quieter and less people. 15 mins walk from the subway but so many little restaurants and stores on the way there. The AC works good.The room is rather spacious when compared to other hotels.

The lobby doesn't look like much, it's small and doesn't have a refreshed look. The washing machine is okay, no detergent provided. The elevators get very busy at check-out time. Impossible to get in at check-out so we walked down 8 floors with 2 luggage each person. The shower water leaks out from the door so there's always water in the bathroom next to the toilet and sink. The view was on the parking lot and empty buildings.

Excellent value for money. Great location. Super spacious room with lots of storage for shoes and clothes and a big fridge. Kitchen with all necessary utensils and washing machine in the room - we didn't use them but the option was there. Free parking.

The hotel is located in a building with other hotels which was a bit confusing at first. On the floor where our room was located, there were rooms from the different hotels/apartments. I called a week in advance (before the total cost was charged to my card) to ensure they had a crib available as we were traveling with a baby, and it was confirmed. When we arrived in the evening after a long trip they said they didn't have a crib as they have limited availability. This was disappointing even though I liked that they were willing to provide a solution and offered an extra bed or a crib with a broken wheel, which we preferred as it worked fine.

The location is awesome, the beach is literally a 5 min walk across the street. It’s very close to the food market, and there are a couple of bus stops that you can take. And of course it’s not that far from an Olive & June store! I love the fact it has its own washer/dryer in the room.

Overall it’s not a bad property. It’s not a true “hotel”, it’s a condo, each “condo” is named after a different hotel name which I found odd. The elevators take a very long time…especially in the morning, the hotel was kept clean, they supplied water bottles, the condo unit was spacious.

The location is just 3-5 mins walking to the beach, and within walkable distance to major attractions I.e busan x the sky, sea life aquarium, beach train, yacht tour… Check in is seamless. The room is clean and felt welcoming. If you choose not to have the cleaned (short stay), they will provide new towels and water bottles in a bag hanging on the room door.

Booked for 3 people and got 1 double bed and a a sort of futon (bed sheets on the floor) with the latter being uncomfortable. While the booking says the room unit has 1 bed, it doesn’t state that the extra bed is on the floor. The no. of towels and water bottles are also 2… instead of 3. Got some problem with communications as staff isn’t fluent in English. They tried to communicate with google translate but still… it would have been nice to be able to talk directly

1. Haundae beach is across the property, but no sea views from property. 2. Clean large comfy room with tea+ coffee facilities, microwave, washing machine. It had heated floors I think, and heated toto toilet seats. It's basically an airbnb with cleaning services. There are 2 tower buildings beside each other; managed by same company. 3. The restaurants and night market nearby, albeit a 10-15mins walk.

1. It's 15-20mins walk from nearest subway station (haundae station). 2. Taxis don't like to pick u up from haundae station to the hotel, as it's less than 1km to spend 4.8k won 😂
