Pampas Hotel Jeju

When I came in to the hotel, there was a really warm welcome because of the nice staff. You could also store your bagage really well when it was to early to check in. The room was really big and had enough space, the bed slept really good for me.

The room was really noisy and you could hear the planes departing from the airport, you could also hear the rooms next to you and the hallways really good. The bathroom didn't look that nice anymore and the finishing of the room wasn't really good.

Hotel was nice and specious, a little old but definitely wasn’t bothered by it. Bed was super nice and big and a nice view on the sea. Location was super with a few fun/cute cafes and restaurants nearby. Bus stop close by too that can quickly bring you into the village. Staff was very helpful when our door wouldn’t open one night and was quick to fix it.

Not a big thing but there wan’t any cleaning in the room. Everyday we’d get a bag hung onto our door with new towels, toiletries etc :)

The room was big with a great bed. Even from the third floor there was a sea view. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, and CU convenience store. The hotel is situated by the seashore line which looks amazing both day and night. There's easy access from the airport and about 20 minutes by bus to Iho Tewoo Beach.

It's quite noisy because you can hear departing airplanes but after a few times I get used to that sound.

Very close to the sea where you have a beautiful view. Restaurants, convenience stores and Starbucks nearby. Room was very spacious and bright. Very helpful and kind staff at the front desk.

Walls seem to be very thin. You can hear your neighbourghs next door and in the room above yours. A bug killer spray in your room leaves you with mixed feelings. Shower towels are the size of hand towels.

Nice view. Walking distance to beach is short. You can get everything just by walking around. Most importantly it is near to airport. I enjoyed my stay there. The sea view was superb and tranquil. Staff overall provide awesome support.

The only drawback is that, the facilities were kinda old especially the toilet. But overall i think it's good choice if you plan for to stay near airport and city.

The hotel was near the airport so it was very convenient for our departure to Seoul. The hotel was clean, the facilities were good and the room was so beautiful.

It’s not about the hotel but rather about the surrounding. There are not so much activities to do around. It’s better to go down the island or inland.

The area it is located at was good. Close to the ocean. The hotel itself was good too. Not what I'm usually used to but it def was good for the price.

A lot of the activities I was wanting to do were on the other side of the island. But it is not related to the hotel at all.

I really appreciated my stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious and confortable. For me the highlight of the hotel was the staff members. They have been so kind and helpful with me, thank you again!!

Helpful and kind staff, beautiful ocean view from balcony, nearby restaurants and stores, short distance to airport. Enjoy coastal walks and sunsets.
