The best was one guy at the reception that every morning was waiting for me in order to help with address of my customer, calling a taxi and writin gme down all address in Korea. It was great help

if I really have to find one negative point: the bar of the Hotel was closed after 18:00 so when coming back from the business meeting it was not possible to enjoy a cofee or a beer.

The beds were excellent. Very quiet rooms. Awesome view. Very central. Staff was always helpful. Would definitely stay there again. They‘ve raised the bar for Korean hotels. Really good value for your money. Can recommend. Would GLAD again.

Breakfast not included in the rate. But that’s only a minor detail. The Paris Croissant Café right next to it was really good.

Location was convenient and accessible, very close to Coex mall and Samseong Station. You can see Han river from the window, the bed was very comfortable and the room was modestly sized for 1-2 people. Very clean, and very nice modern interiors.

The thermostat is regulated throughout the building. On particular warm days, I wanted to cool my room down, but the temperature would not go lower than what the whole building was set to be.

Only 2-3 min walk away from the nearest station (Line 2). There’s a lift too, so you don’t have to carry your heavy luggage up the stairs! Room was great - packed with all essentials needed for a short business trip. You can also connect easily to Netflix on the TV for some late-night entertainment. I love the small desk as well to do some work. Starfield/COEX is super near too (connected via the station), so you can head over for food or quick shopping.

There’s ongoing construction right in front of the hotel. So, it might be a hassle especially when it rains because the road isn’t smooth and there’s no shelter to the station.

I like the central location and the modern feel of the hotel. I also appreciate the coffee kiosk at the lobby that opens early in the morning (because sometimes I just want to grab coffee or a light snack in my sweats without the hassle of dressing up to go out).

The frequency of the nearest airport shuttle station (bus 6006) in front of Shilla Stay is every hour, so if you're late, you're in trouble. Your next option is to take a cab (if you have lots of lugage like me) to the COEX city air terminal where the airport shuttle depart at a more regular intervals - but due to traffic jam in that area, it'll take longer than expected even though it's just a short distance.

Location was very good, just right at the exit 1 of the Samseong station (metro line 2). Also, very close to COEX. Very comfortable bed; the room looks very new and clean. Room was a bit small; floor space can accommodate up to max. 2 big luggage being open at the same time and that's it. Great staff and facilities.

Noise from the street (even though I was on the top floor (22nd floor)), it seems that the windows were not very thick. If you are sensitive to noise, ask not to be on the street side! Also, lack of bath room mat was a bit annoying, we had to ask for a new one every day because they always took it when cleaning the room and never replace it. Lastly, it is not exactly in the city center (meaning it took some time to reach popular tourist attractions).

I always stay at Coex Gangnam when I travel to Seoul for work. It's just right by the COEX so I could walk to the show floor in a few minutes. The room was modern and clean.

I stayed for 5 nights and it seems that the cleaning wasn't done thoroughly in the last few days. I found hair in the shower area and the toilet wasn't cleaned on of the days. They could be too busy because of the trade show. I hope this could be improved next time.

The location was really good. There were subway station right beside the hotel and bus stations near there, too. The hotel staff were kind and friendly and room was very clean.

I wanted to switch it up by staying at a different hotel this year, so I decided on Glad, being that I had passed it a few times. I was celebrating my birthday, and my trip started off horrible by me losing my passport on the first day that I arrived. I suffer from extreme anxiety and basically had a panic attack the second I arrived at the hotel to find that I lost my documents. The front desk was so pleasantly accommodating even though I wanted to cry under a table. I was leaving for Busan in 24 hours the next morning, so you can only imagine the stress of my situation. The front desk gave me water to calm me down, and one young lady helped me up to my room. They even tried translating to my driver so that he didn't feel any blame for my mishap. Throughout my trip, and even after I was able to retrieve my belongings, which in Los Angeles would be a rare outcome, they continued to help me in hailing a taxi if my app wasn't computing or if I was pressed for time. They were just overall helpful, friendly, and lovely. I rarely stayed in my hotel room or used the amenities, being that I had a full itinerary, but the room was comfortably and cozy. I also truly respect the cleaning department. I somehow kept the Do Not Disturb button on and couldn't figure out how to turn it off, so the woman would always be sure to leave me a bag of essentials outside of my door. I found this to be a very thoughtful gesture. I understand that tipping is frowned upon, but I so badly wanted to gift each person just to show my sincere appreciation for all that they did for me when I first arrived. I guess my appreciation will just have to show by booking for October of this year when I return. See you soon!

I love taking baths and soaking in essential oils. I take one after work almost every night, so after a long day in the city, that's just something I look forward to in order to relax before bed. I've been told that bathtubs are considered a luxury, whereas I always knew it to be practical where I've lived. I just wish that this was the case in hotels.

It was my third time stayed here because it’s easy to carry your luggages to the hotel. it’s near the elevator exit of the metro and the metro station also have a elevator. From the ICN airport to the hotel, carrying 2 luggages without elevators is painful. It’s near metro, malls and it’s still quite at night. I really like this place.

Facilities broken sometimes. Heater and air conditioner didn’t work this time when I visit. I am glad it’s not hot summer or frozen cold winter. Other times just miner issues like broken sockets.
