The reception staff were professional, friendly and proactive. Breakfast food selection provided for a good selection.

There was no pool and the room was on the smaller side. There was a large number of breakfast guests to serve at the same time, so level of service was not to level I would expect.

Convenient location, near to Yeoksam station (subway), amenities were good (self laundry, complimentary water, iron steamer etc), housekeeping standards excellent. Clean and safe. Front desk staff spoke english fluently and were helpful and pleasant. Ms Iris Choi, in particular who quickly helped my aged father carry bags to the car. David Oh also made the check-in process really smooth and facilitated with request for late check-out.

Air was really dry during winter (end Dec/ early Jan) it would have been better if a humidifier / diffuser was provided. We managed with a 5000KRW from Daiso #tip

room size is quite small, but it's ok with the location in the city center, convenience subway station nearby, restaurant and cafe nearby as well. we keep our luggages at the concierge which also help for the room size, for we stay for 12 nights at AC Hotel. we also borrowed the extra drawer, staff service is quite fast. I tried the room service menu, all taste good.

maybe upgrade roomsize a little bit? or cleaning staff will pay more attention to amenities to avoid we make a call to housekeeping because they forgot our towels, shower cap and water.

The hotel is easy to get to when you take the Incheon airport express bus to Yeoksam station. It's literally around the corner of the bus stop. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, nice gym and the business lounge is quite nice when you have to get some work done, but don't want to sit in your room. The surrounding area is ok and it's walking distance to Gangnam central.

They need to fix the power points in the business lounge, they are a bit unreliable. My room was a bit on the compact side, but ok for a solo traveller.

Excellent location within short walking distance to Yeoksam subway station. Hotel and its facilities are new. Fantastic rootop bar, albeit on the expensive side. Very good breakfast with wide variety of food.

No free wifi, which is a no-go in 2022. Even budget motels offer this service. The duty manager of the rooftop bar is very rude and really needs to change her attitude and way how she deals with customers. The other staff there are however very pleasant.

The bed is comfortable. Wifi is excellent. Some HALAL restaurants available not far from AC hotel. Very close to underground train station which make it very easy to travel around

No wardrobe in the room to put clothes. Only hangers to hang clothes are available The room is compact comparing with cost. You cannot talk too loud/much inside train or bus. So everybody just keep quiet

AC Hotel had amazing accommodations. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Whether its the employees or the facilities, everything is top notch across the hotels we've stayed at. Can't beat it at this price. The gym offered Inbody measurements which is a plus! Laundry service was helpful with expedite option which returns your laundry in a few hours. The staffs were friendly and fully fluent in English.

I think the sauna was a paid option so I didn't get to try that out.

Comfortable bed. Clean rooms and bathrooms with great shower pressure. There is a kids play room that is large and well kept. Clean gym area and self laundry were really useful. Lau dry is 4000 krw and soap is added automatically. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

Rooms are on the smaller side but that's to be expected in a busy downtown city in Asia. There is a spacious shared lounge in the lobby and the amenities make up for it.

The location is great, just around the corner from the Yeoksam Station of the #2 line. Just one stop to Gangnam and 3 stops to COEX Mall. The option to book a room with massage chair is an option I did not think I need! It feels so good after a long day of walking and shopping to be able to relax in the massage chair. Also, the bathhouse in the spa is a big plus!

I absolutely fell in love with this property and have already told my friends about it and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Seoul again.

The property had nice modern rooms which were clean. Furthermore, the hotel did welcome extremely well. The property was really close to the subway which was great to navigate through the city. Furthermore, there are plenty of amenities to keep you busy.

Going to the gym, sauna and laundry service there is only one lift. This meant that we had to wait extended periods of time waiting for the lift or take the multiple staircases back up to the lobby to take lifts back up to our room.
