The location of the hotel close to the Silim station on the number 2 line was very good as it provided easy acces to most of the city. The room was really nice, warm and clean. The staff was helpful in telling me where I could go to buy an iron. There was a convenience store right around the corner and many more around. Plus a mall and plenty of places to eat at.

A hotel where you pay this much should have an iron in the room or at least one that you can borrow. While the room in general was clean, the bed next to the wall had a bit of a musty smell. There was plenty room on the other bed for both of us to fit though.

The hotel is near simlim subway station, which makes it convenient to get tourist attractions. Checking-in services were going well since the staffs are able to speak English. The air conditioner is efficient, so it is easy to keep the temperature that we can stay satisfactorily. Baggage storage service are still available after checking out. All in all, the service and accomodation are well worth the charges.

The TV has been out of signal since the second day.

The room are super spacious and clean. Bathroom is super big and clean as well. The staff will come in to clean up the room and replace any amenities everyday so that was really nice. Hotel was super close to one of the subway stations.

The hotel is not in Seoul’s tourist area. It takes 40-50mins to tourist hotspots like Myeongdong and Hongdae by the train. The area was really sketchy too, I would be careful and cautious if you’re staying there.

The room is totally clean, bathroom is big and shower very modern, very cool view ! The hotel is ideally placed near line 2 and lots of bus stops. The mall at Sillim station is just 2 mins away and has everything needed + a cinema theater.

The light and colors in the room are a little dark. The space for clothes is not enough. Cups for coffee are a bit small, maybe real mugs would be nice.

Located close to the subway station in a street with various stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Most of the staff were friendly. The room was clean and well equipped with free amenities in the bathroom and Wi-Fi was working well. The bed was very comfortable.

Toilet water wasn't well drained. After 2 or 3 days it got clogged (even though I did not put any toilet paper inside) and I was asked to unclog toilets myself.

The location is excellent, 2mn from Sillim Station on line 2. The room was very clean, the bed was nice with fresh and clean sheets everyday. Bathroom was full of confort and staff was extraordinarily kind.

The hotel is far from downtown Seoul, but very close to the metro. So many shops and restaurants near the hotel. The room is quite big and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. You can leave your luggage at the hotel.

The AC in one of our rooms was not cold.

The location is very good, close to the subway, a lot of options to eat nearby. Friendly staff. Had free parking. Good facilities, very confortable and clean room, with good heating and confortable beds. They would always restock amenities after cleaning, including free bottled water which was nice. Internet good, good size TV which I could connect my notebook to watch Netflix. Overall very good value for the money, I liked staying there.

Nothing really.. as I explained it was overall very good value. Unfortunately couldn't experience the hotel in full due to these Covid 19 times, some facilities like restaurant, etc were closed, so it could have been even better in normal times.

The staff is amazing! friendly and very helpful. Also, the hotel is located in one the best places- it’s a minute walk to Shillim subway station and bus stops. Not to mention, a hot spot for great restaurants and cafes.

The unavailability of laundry service

-2mins walk from subway station (exit 6 Sillim Station) -Room is clean and huge -Staffs were helpful. -Can keep luggage after check-out before the end of the check out date. -Plenty of coffee shops and marts around hotel -Mart is next to the hotel building.
