I had the pleasure of staying at Lotte Guro City Hotel for 9 days during my work trip to Korea. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, surrounded by numerous amenities and easily accessible public transport options. The housekeeping staff was impressively efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay, and the front desk team was exceptionally helpful. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by the hotel staff. On the day of my check-out, I realised I had left my passport behind, creating a moment of panic for me. The hotel staff swiftly intervened, providing me with immediate assistance and organising a taxi to deliver my passport just in time. Their reassurance and prompt assistance were invaluable, ensuring I made my flight. I am so grateful for the hotel staff's professionalism, care, and dedication to their guests. I intend to stay at Lotte Guro City Hotel again during my next visit to Korea. Thank you so much for making my stay truly memorable.

All went well. Received a sudden invitation to a meeting in DDP and rush to hotel where asked if was possible a paid early check-in. The hotel provided it for free. Used coin laundry and microwave at 4th . The Gym is small but enough.

The carpet in my room seemed a bit worn out, and the breakfast could benefit from a broader selection of fruits. I was the only guest using the laundry when a security staff approached me precisely as I was transferring my clothes from the washing machine to the dryer. This encounter made me uncomfortable. It's a behavior I've often observed in supermarkets and shops towards black individuals, where security personnel seemingly make a point to "greet" us...

The hotel is modern and has all the facilities for a business traveller. And with some minor renovations it could easaly go for a 4* hotel. The Lotte group only would need to replace the carpet floor in the room with a more hygienic hard floor and replace the old fashioned bath tube with a modern shower place...et voila...4* are easy reachable. The breakfast had a large variety of food and tasty coffe choices from a coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows and matress....wonderfull sleeping guaranteed. Around the hotel building, there are several food stores to enjoy the Korean cuisine... I will stay here next time for sure!

I didn't like the floor carpet in the room and also the bath tube for take a shower....both old fashioned and not very hygienical...

It's a good value for the price. The staff is very competent and friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily, although we didn't request it. There are a lot of places to eat around the hotel and a big supermarket next to it.

The breakfast choice can be improved, as it's more traditional than international and maybe add more halal food for those who don't eat pork.

In a quiet area, ample eateries and convenience stores nearby. Room cleaning is always great and the cleaning lady was kind and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Able to control room temperature. Decent gym, could do my usual workouts. Quiet at night! Slept great usually. (Very sensitive sleeper) They sell bath bombs from a little vending machine downstairs which made for lovely relaxing evenings.

11 minute walk away from the nearest train station. No room service for meals as far as i’m aware. Also the standalone table and chair provided, are an awkward height. Have to really hunch down to eat. Those are all really nitpicking to be honest. :)

Great bedding and comfortable beds, great location and very responsive staff.

We ended spending almost 3 weeks at this hotel due to some health issues I was having. It was a very positive experience as the the staff was extremely helpful/professional, the breakfast was excellent with a lot of different options from 3 different kinds of soup, fish, cereal station, pasta, etc. The gym was nice and we really liked that there were washers/dryers in the hotel as we ended staying for a long time. There is a mall next to the hotel that has a lot of different dining options, too. The hotel is modern and we felt it was reasonably priced for the quality of the building and our room.

The only issue I had with this hotel is I wish they would provide glasses and mugs in the rooms rather than single use paper cups. I was surprised to see this because every hotel I've ever stayed in provide glasses and mugs as that is better for the environment. We don't want to have to keep cutting down trees. Lotte, please make the change.

We stayed here twice within one trip and had a good experience. For the first stay, we paid for breakfast for the two mornings we were there and it was a nice buffet spread with yummy Korean and Western food options. For the second half of our trip, we opted out of breakfast as there were several restaurants close by such as KFC and Popeye's. The hotel is right by G-Valley mall which has many food spots, and is walking distance from two GS25 stores. There are quite a few other food spots that we didn't explore but as a more business area, you will not be short of food choices. It's about a 10 minutes or less walk to the Subway - Naver maps took us on a long roundabout route until we discovered a much easier walk so sometimes it helps to just go with your gut and explore a little bit. A huge transportation plus is the Airport Bus drops you off just across the road, and picks you up directly in front of the door so this is an easy straight drive option after a long flight that takes 1.5 to 2 hours (it goes to Incheon and Gimpo). You can ask the front desk staff and they'll give you a neat little printout with pickup times. The beds were comfortable, the desk was extremely convenient for work, the room was nice and cozy. It was a good stay overall.

The sponges they provided for bathing were a bit rough. This isn't the biggest issues but being used to wash cloths, the sponges weren't the most comfortable.

I liked everything about this hotel, to be honest. It was so quiet which is really important to me. Such a good bed and beddings! No more than 10 min walk to Guro Digital Complex Subway with line 2. The bedroom and the bathroom were spacious. I am especially grateful to the housekeeping team for all the effort making my room look super fresh every day on my 4 night stay. There’s no cutting corners, they are really caring, so thank you very much for all your hard work. The TV had so many channels! I also liked the delicious breakfast which was plentiful every day. The restaurant was spacious and the staff was great each morning. All in all a great stay indeed!

There was no iron in the room and I had to go to the laundry room to iron my shirts. It’s only a minor inconvenience though.
