Great value for money, nice room and bathroom with nice views of city from room. matress was comfy, staff are very friendly and happy to help

Room was starting to look slightly dated, wallpaper a bit stained and peeling in places, room wasn't really cleaned the way I'd expect each day, not sure if it was the detergent used but the sheets on the bed made us both very itchy on our legs and backs ( we stayed in a different hotel in jeju for two nights during our 2 week stay and didn't experience any irritation but it came right back when we then returned and slept again in our room at shilla)

Every day, They clean the rooms thoroughly.The breakfast buffet turned out quite well for the price.The proximity to the subway station made it very easy to get around. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping centers in the vicinity, which was great. However, it was a bit crowded during rush hours, which was a little inconvenient.

All the staff members were very friendly in greeting the customers. However, I was not completely satisfied with my requests. I requested a heater because the air conditioning was too cold, but it broke down, and there were instances where items were not properly cleaned.

There’s GS25 super near by the hotel which is nice for late craving and buying snacks back home. The room is also super clean with housekeeper service everyday. Staff are very nice and helpful. Bed is also comfy and everything you would need is in the room. So pack only your clothes! I also love the location here. So many restaurants and shops near by in walking distance. Also near train station as well. I also love how there’s also airport limousine bus stop, making it’s the most convenience stay to travel from and to airport. Will definitely going back in my next trip!

the location is not quite close to the center. it takes nearly one hour travel time to get to the Seoul station.

All staffs were totally friendly and willing to assist no matter when I needed anything. My room had lots of space, nice two beds and great restroom with nice view. I can't complain! In terms of location, it is very close to both metro station and bus station. Breakfast with variety of food was just for $13-ish.

Everything is perfect except fitness room. It would be much better if the fitness room is improved with more equipment, brand new treadmills and cleaning stuff which people can use to wipe out after workout.

I like how the amenities are replenishied everyday during housekeeping. The staff is very friendly and help you with anything you request.

The soundproofing of the room is not very good. When other room doors slam, you can hear them loud and clear. If your room is facing the subway, then you can hear the train moving.

I like the location - it is nearly close to everything, I am able to go to hongdae or myeongdong quite easily. I can't even hear the train passing by, perhaps because im always tired from exploring.... but this hotel is so professional, and nice. The room itself has a nice view (18th floor). It's a bit warm but if you open the window, that's all sorted out.

The staff were friendly and helpful except for one who told us bluntly to chat at the lounge and not in front of the desk. We were actually just waiting for a friend who was checking out.

The cubicle toilet at the lobby was small. It was so hard to go inside.
