Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were always attentive and helpful.The food was very good and there was plenty of choice. The shows were good as well. We had a room overlooking the entrance with great views up to the mountains. The sunbeds were clean and neatly laid out every morning. A hotel I would happily recommend to friends and family.

The weather was windy for the first couple of days and the patio doors in the room did rattle in the night.

Food was excellent, buffet with lots of choices at each meal. All the staff were brilliant, the cleaner, reception, restaurant, bars and Helen public relations. They all deserve a pat on the back working hard trying to keep everyone happy under the circumstances with the covid rules. Some great shows in the evening entertainment.

Seeing people complain about simple pathetic menial things! They obviously live like kings at home!! The staff were going out of their way to ensure all guests had a great holiday. Some people complain for the sake of complaining.

Didn’t find the outside patio chairs very comfortable and noise travelled through the patio doors

Loved the place very few bins around the property in the bar found one girl very cheeky when we paid for our drinks she would come back with our Change but take the loose change and say is that for me it's alright once or twice but every time didn't like that at all

Great choice for breakfast. Location is right at the beach and all the restaurants. This made it a very relaxing holiday

The coffee was disappointing We would have liked fresh coffee served to our table instead of from a machine.

Location was excellent, staff were really nice, especially Mary on reception who allocated us a beautiful room overlooking the pool. Entertainment each evening while sitting out under the stars with a drink ar Christmas time was very nice.

I wasn't mad about the food, but then again, we don't really like buffets, in fairness they refunded two nights dinners

Fine hotel in a fine location.....a better tv, better organization of WI Fi ( It is 2021 after all), some areas a little tired and dated , eg furniture on the verandah ...all in all I would go again....location is a killer plus...

We have stayed here before and would come back again. Everything was great. Our room could do with a bit of an update but otherwise all facilities, staff service, meals were just fab. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
