Great location just near the beach, tasty breakfast, nice pool, pleasant stuff

The view from the room may vary greatly - from nice picture on the pool, palm trees and the ocean till hotel’s restaurant terrace so you will see people eating literally in your room

Possibly the best pool area and solarium even compared to 4 and 5 star hotels around, with plenty of room, big pool, nice chillout music. It's a quiet oasis though right on the beach and next to restaurants. Very good bus connection. Food choice was fairly good with diverse menu. Room fittings a bit old but functional and again, we appreciated the space and terrace. Absolute value for money 💯

Fanabe beach is very touristy but less so than las Americas. Better choice of restaurants more inland not on the beach. Good food in general is hard to find so you'll be better off booking half board at the hotel.

The place was absolutely amazing, the whole staff have been helpful and nice to us. I particularly loved the breakfast, one the best never had. I have food allergies and the possibility in terms of food have been unexpected and excellent! The cleaning always ready and on point. Absolutely recommended by us, hopefully we will come back soon!

Breakfast had a big selection of foods for all. Every staff member was polite and friendly. Really clean. Has showers you can book free of cost if you have checked out but remain in the hotel until later in the day - these are very clean and easy to book I had seen previous reviews that mentioned cockroaches in the rooms and this worried me but thankfully we never saw any bugs/insects in the room

Very few activities on in the hotel. It's an older building so opening and closing the doors was very loud (especially at night time) - after 1 or 2 nights we got used to the noises and it no longer bothered us. Could be an issue if you're a light sleeper

The hotel was very convenient. Having the rooms as apartments, with a small kitchenette is really handy. The rooms were really clean with plenty of room - we had hired bicycles, and there was enough room for them. The rooftop terraces with sun loungers was excellent, with great views of the beach and the mountains. There was also a nice pool, with a small poolside bar/coffee hut with tasteful modern music playing. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of just about anything you might want. The location is right by the promenade, surrounded by all the restaurants and shops. The taxi rank is right there, and the shopping centres easy walking distance.

Our room was on the ground floor, so the "balcony" was right on the promenade. This was fine with us, but if you want more privacy it would be worth asking for one of the others.

The apartment we moved to after having requested a move from the original apartment we were given had a lovely sea view. The pool was lovely and the property was very close to the sea and some very good restaurants.

I originally booked a room with a partial sea but when we saw the room, you would have to hang out of the balcony and strain your neck to see the sea. Some of the reception staff were a little off hand and not very helpful. Others were very helpful. The beds were quite hard and took some getting used to. The lady running the pool bar was very sharp and unhelpful.

Breakfast and location were excellent. Hotel was extremely clean and the staff were all very helpful.

There seemed to be no life around the hotel. The bars were empty. It felt lacking in atmosphere. Our room on the bottom floor felt a bit like a prison with the wire netting around the patio. However these comments shouldn't detract from excellent clean accommodation in a superb location.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and its location is right by the sea boulevard which is super convenient and close to everything. We would like to thank a nice man at the reception who accommodated our request to switch rooms and gave us a room we truly loved. This really made us love our stay. The staff was nice and friendly. After checkout you can still leave your luggage at the deposit free of charge so it's very helpful if your flight is in the evening. Nice to see vegan options for breakfast.

It would have been nice to have some live music by the pool bar in the evening. Breakfast is abundant but bread is not always the freshest, which could be improved. The rooms don't have direct access to the swimming pool, so it means walking around the back of the building, but not a huge problem.

The stay was really great. We booked appartment with breakfast and dinner. The food was really delicious with variety of frutes, meat , fish and vegetables. The dinner's choice didn' t repeat during two weeks! Especially delightful cuisine was demonstrated when Juan Carlos and Ulicies worked. Guys, you are really great cooks! I recommend to book dinners to enjoy meal and get delicious food every evening in nice atmosphere of the hotel restaurant. All the team is really friendly and polite in the restaurant and on the reception !!! Thanks a lot to very good hotel management

Nothing to say

Even though it was set in the busiest part of Costa Adeje, the hotel itself was peaceful with a beautiful pool area and abundance of sun loungers! The pool area mostly had families around it, so it was lovely to find two quiet loungers not far from the pool, but with a sea view. Staff were accommodating. We paid for a beach view so thankfully weren't on the ground floor. It was certainly only a partial view of the sea though!
