Great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The hotel is very quiet. There was one day were the top pool had guests who were playing music. The manager politely asked them to turn it off and apologised to the other guests. This is a very quiet hotel, suiting all adults who wish to relax. The breakfast which was included in our price was great, there was a great selection. The rule of not reserving sun beds is a great concept as we were able to get a sun lounger either at the bottom or roof top pool everyday. Most people respected this rule but some guests never and nobody appeared to be removing the towels. The sun loungers were really comfortable and being provided with towels for the pool was great. The rooms were very clean although there was some small ants in the bathroom of our room. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

The maids were very noisy in the morning, talking very loudly from 8am so was awake every morning at that time.

Location was very nice, very close to the beach. Quiet area. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful, although few were speaking english. Very clean hotel. Very quiet and calm for relaxing all day long. Perfect for people above 60's.

The food was ok, but it can be better. Mainly was international dishes and very repetitive. I wouldn't choose the option with dinner included if i knew. There are very nice restaurants nearby with better food. It's very quiet hotel, no music (not even lounge music in the pool during the day), the entertainment provided in the evenings was poor. If you really want to relax then totally recommend this place, if want something extra then look somewhere else.

The pools, unlike most hotels all the pools were heated to 29c enabling me to swim everyday. The attention to detail good qualty sunbeds chairs parasols. No loud music or guests no queues to buy drinks.No reserving of sunbeds.

Hot tubs could be warmer. I still prefer a drinks menu in paper card format. Maybe just a cocktail list.

The hotel is one of the best Adults Only hotels we have stayed in. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious, with a good shower, large bed and walk-in wardrobe. We had a ground floor room facing the swimming pool. The hotel is very clean and well cared for. We stayed for New Year and everyone who stays on New Year’s Eve is treated to a gourmet buffet, entertainment and amazing fireworks display. We even had a gift and note delivered to our room for the New Year. They have two great swimming pools with plenty of sun beds. We only had bed & breakfast so I can’t comment on the evening buffet but going by the buffet we had on New Year’s Eve it was of a high standard. The breakfast was excellent with everything you could imagine and all freshly prepared. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, spotless and everything it is pictured to be on their website. Pool bar had good range of food and drinks and definitely somewhere you can sit all day before heading out in the evening.

Breakfast buffet is not nice, pastries always rock hard, fruit almost always spoiled. Beds slightly uncomfortable but firmess is personal choice I suppose. They also choose the most outrageous times for some of their labour. For example; 8am in the morning trimming the grass right outside our terrace and then coming onto terrace with leaf blowers to blow off the excess. Or another example, trimming trees by the pool at 11am when everyone is trying to settle and relax by the pool. Notice should be provided of those tasks or should be completed from 6pm when it is most likely people are not around and out to dinner etc. not 8am when your still asleep.

Everything was perfect on the holiday, the room was perfectly placed walking straight onto the pool with our own loungers. Room itself was amazing! All the staff were great, chatty, accommodating, and professional. I would name the best staff who stood out but I'd be naming all the staff! The buffet breakfast and dinner were great giving a good length of time to sit and enjoy the meal (3 hours for each sitting), and in between the poolside bar provided good food and drink. Entertainment was great each night, didn't feel like we had to leave the hotel once to have a good night with the quality of entertainment. If we wanted to look further afield though the hotel is perfectly situated a short walk from the beach and other bars.

Honestly, only negative is that we only stayed a week!

It was a stunning building, really cool inside, had two pool one on the bottom level then one on the roof. By the pool on the bottom level there was a bar that served food and drink, then the dining area for food inside and there was a bar as well inside the building.

Such a nice breakfast. Lovely pool area and you really couldn't have more helpful kind staff. We loved the colonial look of the building too, it was really Canarian. The spa was absolutely superb

It does attract the silver set which is an observation only. We are in our 40s so felt like we were a bit of the odd ones out. Not a lot of chat with the other guests at the pool or breakfast. Better that than screaming kids though!

Beautiful spacious hotel. Located near the beach and shopping centres a few minutes to walk. We had a room looking out to the pool. 2 large pools with lots of sunbeds. There was another pool and jacuzzi Located on the top floor. The room had everything we needed and very spacious. Cleaned everyday. You only receive complimentary water on arrival. Not an issue as the local supermarket hiperdino is a few minute walk away and very cheap to buy a big bottle of water. Plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. Thete was also evening entertainment. Adults only which was great esp when relaxing near the pool and reading

Not a negative of the hotel or facilities or staff. Just a note to those who are early to late 30's or 40's -you may wish to look elsewhere. We are early 30s and the youngest at the hotel staying. Breakfast and dinner was interesting- no one in our age group. Felt as though we booked the wrong hotel at an elderly people stay! We got alot of stares and confused looks. We made the most of our stay and still thoroughly enjoyed it all. Just wasn't made aware of this anywhere apart from it being adults only. We always usually stay at adults only. This was the first time we felt we weren't at an adults only but a retirement village. I presume alot of elderly people booking via holiday packages. Hopefully this will help others in our age category when booking

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. It was such a peaceful place. My room was ready before check in time which was at 2 pm. My room was very clean and spacious. I had complimentary water and crisps. Together with a complimentary welcome drink at the bar in the evening. The hotel has two pools my fav was the rooftop one, you get some amazing view of the mountains and sea. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice too, there is a wide variety of food to choose from. The hotel is located less 10 mins walk from the beach where there’s lots of restaurants and shops. You can easily walk to place. There’s a big shopping mall nearby too. At check out I was offered a room to use for 1 hour to take shower after using the pool before my airport transfer came to pick up which I thought was amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough, if you’re looking for some luxury and quietness.

In the gym it will be nice if there was some floor / yoga mat. As the flooring is tile it was quite difficult and a little risk when I was doing floor exercises.
