the hotel was very nice, a beautiful roof terrace, excellent and friendly staff, a very helpful reception desk staff

sometimes the hotel staff's management car were parked in a non nice prime parking spot in relation to the other hotel guests' parking spots. That is an important issue for me because I had a few very difficult parking moments in the garage with far too many parking drive manipulations, especially when the easy parking spots were already occupied ! They were saying that I am the first to complain but I am absolutely right with my complaint. I'm driving for over 50 Years in at least 50 different countries, I know exactly when situations are right or wrong.

Rooms were excellent and when we had a problem with the air conditioning we were moved straight away. A little frustrating but excellent service. The staff here are fantastic. Beds were very comfortable and the location was fantastic right on the beach and lovely views. Get a sea view if you can it's worth it. Quick mention for the cleaning and reception staff who were always so helpful.

Without wanting to sound like a typical Brit I found it strange that there was no bar between 6pm and 8pm. Its the perfect time here for a relaxing drink before dinner. Also strange that there was no restaurant here in the evening? Last little moan is the fridge was too small.

Overall everything was perfect, the breakfast was included in our package and in my opinion catered for everyone needs.

We stayed in apartment 803, and although it had adequate facilities it would have been perfect if a washing machine was provided, a family of 4 has a lot of washing and Flamingo Beach Mate do not provide a laundry service. As with most resorts certain guests place towels on the sun beds with sun shade in early morning to reserve them and then go off and do other things and considering this was one of the first things the reception informed us not to do when we arrived, some guests just do not care. I must say the lady lifeguard did on a couple of occasions remove all the towels on the reserved sunbeds, well done for that!

Would be nice if the pool bar (for coffee, sandwiches etc.) would open before 11:30.

What can I say. Absolutely lovely place! We had the biggest apartment on the complex but was worth every penny. Would go back there in a heartbeat. The room was spotless, internet fast, maids were top notch. The free Cava in reception on weekends topped off a wonderful stay. Nspresso coffee machine, large fridge, free bottle of water everyday. Ask for room 529 (except when I want to stay there). It will be expensive but you get 2 huge bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, massive lounge kitchen area, and 3 patios with fake grass, 4 sunbeds, table and 6 chairs. Pool towels are provided and we got complimentary robes and slippers. Why would you want to stay in a small 5 star hotel room when for the same price you can stay in what amounts to a villa. Oh and the view over the beach and harbour was fantastic.

OK I have to say the bed was a little hard, the microwave is under-powered if I am being really picky

The room was spacious,both indoor and out, with a generous courtyard to lounge and dry. The indoor area was large enough for the five of us to find our own space, while still being together. The pool area and bar facilties were a huge hit, as was the proximity to everything we wanted to do, including shopping, restaurants, water parks and the sea.

Everything was quite wonderful. Can't think of any changes. Even the service after we checked out was exemplary!

Flamingo Beachmate is exceptional and I will definitely be returning there. The location is perfect, it is spotless and the staff (every one of them) are amazing. Nothing was any bother and they treated everyone with 100% respect and professionalism. The rooms, facilities, pool and food was great. Well done 😊

If I were to really ‘nit pick’ the only thing I would change is the bacon at breakfast. It’s not great!!! Definitely a better quality bacon would make a big difference 😊

Everything was great! The hotel is ideally located right on the beach a few steps away from the beachfront and all the bars, restaurants and shops. The building itself is modern and beautiful with the staff very helpful and always smiling. The room was awesome! Spacious, ultra clean with everything you need! The shower was so big, the apartment as a whole was fancy, modern and lovely good size outdoor private space with table, chairs, umbrella and two sunbeds. Definitely by far the best apart hotel I stayed in and even one of the best hotels. The pool area is beautiful and spacious and the pool is relatively small but somehow never crowded contrary to bigger hotels with huge pools when you never get a sunbed. The small pool for kids is really good too.

Only thing I can think of is that the bathroom towels didn’t get changed for us in three nights we stayed which would have been nice to have them changed once but not a big deal either.

The Hotel is in a fabulous location, and is very clean and comfortable. We had stayed in the Be-live for ten nights previously, and had considered never returning to the area. One night at this hotel changed our minds, and next time we are going to Tenerife, we will return to The Flamingo Beach mate hotel.

We enjoyed very minute at the hotel, it was Pleasant, and relaxed from check in to check out. Comfortable rooms, and very clean with pleasant staff.

location excellent close to beach, strip and everything! staff friendly (especially Ana) very clean complex, great pool area room was really big with plenty of space housekeeping was excellent

I found the bed was very hard so I had to request a mattress topper (reception asked housekeeping to provide one) so luckily only one night and was sorted! the late check out is only until 2pm and depends on availability so pretty useless as only 2 extra hours for 20€ and may not get it.
