very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast! amazing ocean view! a little water park with some slides for the children:) the nearest beach is good, with black sand, small waves. sun beds, showers are available.

the lifts (either no lift in 15 min, or 3 come at the same time). the key cards only work for 1-2 days, then you need to go to the reception and change them. also, even though the hotel is at seafront, it will take you at least 10 min to the beach: first the lifts, and when you come out through the gate on the side of the hotel, you have to pass some stairs, a restaurant and some more stairs before you reach the beach))

Good food with a varied spread of international and local foods at breakfast and dinner.A nice outdoor pool with a the bar nearby for drinks. Nice quick and easy beach access.A lovely friendly and helpful staff and people were generally friendly. The hotel room was clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. I loved that the hotel is near the beach and lots of shops. I love that every floor has fresh purified water machine and I like that there were tourist services embedded such as massage, tour guides and photography. I love the decor and how the staff are proactive in cleaning and passionate about providing good customer service. I enjoyed half board and upon my return will be booking fully inclusive...

Unfortunately the room was a little hot, so luckily I had a small electric fan to keep us cool. The air conditioning in the room seemingly was not working and inadequate. The lifts were a bit slow at peak times and the price for the safe of €20 is a little pricey. It would be nice if a kettle was provided in the room. All in all very happy.

Very good location, close to the beach, at half of the distance between Playa de las Americas and El Duque...20 minutes walk to both of the locations. It's close to Siam Adventure Waterpark (10 min walk) and right near the bus station used by the buses in agency-organised trips. The rooms are cleaned daily, the staff is very nice, the breakfast is rich and varied. When you check-in, you receive a glass of champagne and, at the pool area, every day you get a free snack (ice cream) or a free drink (cocktails). Also, if you have a late flight in the last day, but you want to stay at the beach until you have to go to the airport, they give you acces for 30 min in a room, where you can shower and pack your bags.

Small signs of wear on furniture in the room. No packages for breakfast to go (picnic) when you have to leave early in agency-organised trips....but you can have breakfast at the hotel, before you go.

Very kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, appreciated the wine we received, everything was organized, did not take long to check in check out, breakfast was ok too.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay extra for parking, maybe you could have included the cost of the parking in the room cost, so I don’t get the feeling of having to pay extra.

A really lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious and the option of interconnecting rooms really worked for my family - one of the main reasons I chose the hotel. All of the pools were great and a perfect temperature. Great location with lovely views overlooking the sea. All Inclusive food was good with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner available as well as the snack bar from 11.00-18.00. My fussy kids always found something they liked to eat. The staff were all friendly and very professional and the Star camp kids club was great for my 9 and 12 Yr old. Maybe not so much for the older kids but the staff really made an effort to involve them if they wanted to join in although not pushy at all. Highlight for me was sunset yoga on the terrace.

There really aren’t many downsides. It is a big hotel so can be busy but we went at peak time (end of August) and it never felt too busy. Would highly recommend.

It is the 4th time we decided to chose Iberostar. The hotel is very clean, the room service is good. Nice location and food . Very friendly staff! Good hotel for kids!

This hotel has a problem with elevators. We had to wait some time to go up or down because of big amount of people. And one more thing I did not like is that the “prestige” option in a restaurant. The tables with a nice ocean view was only for people who has a prestige option. Very often we saw that the tables was empty but it was not allowed for us to seat there. I think the hotel can do another nice things for the “prestige” people but do not divide people into two categories, it was not comparable.

Location is not excellent, but it is fine, close to the beach walk. Rooms are comfortable and silent. We had all our rooms next to each other, which was not easy, keeping in mind how busy the hotel was. Anyhow, the best part of the hotel was the staff, particularly Julio. All them very supportive, and keen to help you with whatever.

Breakfast restaurant was too crowded. They arrange the breakfast in 2 shifts, and you had to decide the day before which shift you were going to attend. Anyhow, food quality was good.

I loved the location, the hotel was clean and the food in the -2 level restaurant was superb. great pools.

it’s not really all inclusive** you have to buy ice lollies at the pool and only certain areas of the hotel can be accessed if you’re not star prestige members.

For a 4-star hotel it would be nice to have a coffee/tea machine in the room and that we don't get charge an extra fee for the safe where it is free practically everywhere! Also, there was nothing in the fridge would be nice to have it in use for drinks at hand whenever you need one! I guess this is all due to COVID!? Breakfast buffet amazing! Never seen so much variety of food . Perfect Pool could be a bit warmer! Would attract more people to go in it ...

The shower lacked cleanliness and was due a good scrub around as it seems to be cleaned only superficially. You can see all the scum left around (orange colour) from the uses of soap and shampoo! something to watch for, please, as showering in a cubicle that doesn't feel so clean is unpleasant!
