This is in amazing hotel, I chose it based on the reviews here on booking and it was the best choice I could make to stay in Tenerife. The apartment was clean, very well equipped, with a good layout and a big terrace. There is a big pool in the internal yard in the property, and the breakfast is served in your room. The staff is very helpful and attentive, anything which was needed was helped with asap. They also do the daily cleaning, which judging by the reveiws I read on other hotels in Tenerife, is something rather unusual. The apartment was cleaned daily, including the change of towels, even the beach ones which were also provided. Overall we were happy with the stay and this hotel is hihgly recommended the beach is literally down the steps across the road, and a larger one is some 5 mins walk

Everything. We stayed there for six nights. The location was great, near the beach and supermarkets and restaurants, the room was spacious and it was amazing having our own sun beds and direct access to the pool from our terrace. It was quiet and comfortable and everything was super clean. The staff was really nice and helpful. We enjoyed staying there a LOT and would recommend, it’s a great place to stay at. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. Amazing pool that’s never overcrowded. Thank you for this wonderful week :)

We had a lovely big two floor apartment with a big balcony and a jacuzzi. 2 rooms in the upper floor with joined bathrooms. They clean every day. The hotel pool is nice and quiet and a bit heated. The staff was really nice and helpful in everything we needed. The location is great just up the stairs from the beach. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It has a washing machine that cost 8 euros per wash, but no dryer , you need to hang in your room. They can serve breakfast to your room, we ordered once, it was a bit average.

Well-maintained, relatively new air conditioning unit that didn't cause any.problems with breathing etc. Very quiet for a location in the heart of the city. Great location. Clean rooms. Retro 90s rich style, but works. Has coackroaches, but they are everywhere on Tenerife. Cannot be eradicated and the means to temporarily removing them are poisonous/unecological

Couldn't sleep one night due to, I believe, malfunctioning air conditioning, but the staff fixed it next day, by turning it off. Fortunately, there was a second unit in the apartment.

Location was great, close to supermarkets, Siam park ( 0.8 mile), beach and lots of food places. Property was very clean. Staff were really lovely and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped! Anna at reception kindly suggested nice food places. Vanessa was quick to respond to our messages and queries. cleaning staff came in daily. The grounds are really well looked after . The pool was clean and fresh daily with lots of sun beds and umbrella. The small pool gets heated. It is nice and quiet in the hotel despite being on a busy street. Overall, we had a great stay!

Tea bags were not replenished, only 2 English tea bags for 4 people for 7 days! There was smell from the toilet/ drains on a few days. I think the drains backfill when it rains. it was sorted as soon as we mentioned it. but smell came back at nights and evenings. Seems to be a common smell in the area when it rained! if it can be sorted, that will be great.

Arrived a couple of hours early but our room was ready and we were checked in straight away. We had a spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. It is very very clean, beds comfortable and the terrace nice. Kitchen was well equipped. There was cleaning every day. The rooms had enough storage space for our clothes. Staff ever so helpful. We felt very comfortable. Would stay here again.

There was a filter coffee machine in the apartment but no coffee or filters, so if you're staying for a few days, need to buy half a kilo of coffee and 100 filters if you want to make your coffee in the morning.

This is a very high-end boutique hotel! The rooms are huge, we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment that had a massive balcony with space for dining or sunbathing. The pool area was amazing and even though the spa was closed (still due to covid) they opened it for us to use the sauna.

I think this hotel would definitely value being adults only. It is very high-end, everything is fancy, and it gives off a secluded vibe while in the center of town however there were a number of children running around yelling in the pool at times which echoed up. Nothing major is still a fantastic place but if I had to pick something.

Lovely little Oasis in a busy part of Costa Adeja. Walking through the gates everything goes calm and quiet after the hubbub of the bars in the area. The apartments are spacious and clean we had a lovely view over the pool with our own access. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to use facilities after checkout as our flight was later. Breakfast was served to our room and the selection to choose from would keep anyone happy. Having never been to Tenerife before I didn't know what to expect. The area is very touristy with many a Irish bar and sports bars etc. But this hotel takes you away from all that and I would definitely recommend! There are also some lovely restaurants within walking distance, we like good food and wasn't disappointed. This place was perfect for what we wanted and deserves the good reviews it achieves.

This property was gorgeous. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was incredibly spacious, including a kitchen, sitting room, 2 bathrooms and a huge patio deck. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed, including air conditioning (it was very hot during our visit!) The pool was clean and beautiful and welcoming, never crowded. There was plenty of seating around the pool. The location was convenient to a beach a few minutes walk away, plus many bars and restaurants. Also conveniently close to Siam Park.

The only thing that would have been better is if parking were easier. We had to park in a garage a bit down the street and pay for the parking, so that wasn't ideal. But it certainly wasn't a dealbreaker.

Beautiful comfortable suites, minutes from the beachfront and all the restaurants and pubs, but still manages to be a quiet haven. All the staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, this goes especially for the reception who could teach the large hotel chains a few lessons in communication and coordinated customer service. The in-room breakfasts were a nice touch.
