The breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Hotel was very clean and staff pleasent. I liked the area, but it was a little busy for me and that would be one thing that would stop me returning. There were far too many electric scooters about and tandem mobility scooters that seemed to be used by people regardless of whether they actually needed them. The area is lively but also very beautiful. I like the fact that you were unable to reserve sunbeds with towels, but I did not like the fact that peoples towels were being removed and then they were returning back to the sunbed they had reserved and being hostile towards people that were then on that bed, not knowing that the previous persons towels had been removed.

I did not enjoy the noise, but I guess that is to be expected in High season. The hotel was lovely and the area had some really pleasant beauty spots, to sit and enjoy an evening meal.

Great great food, perfect swimming pool area, and good staff. The location was also perfect. Whether you want the pool or the beach, both only few steps away. Also only 15 min walk to Siam park, and the party street 10 min walk which was great. The room we got was really comfy and the view from 10th floor couldn’t be any better. Really good beds. Always some sunbeds available. And saying it again. The food was amazing. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

That you couldn’t switch dinner to lunch except switching the whole stay from dinner to lunch. We wanted to switch one or two days because we wanted to eat outside the hotel. And yeah we already paid for dinner all nights, i was disappointed we couldn’t get lunch instead.

There is a lot to like about H10 Gran Tenerfe. All the staff in the hotel were friendly, smiling and extremely pleasant especially the reception staff. The hotel is located by the sea and there are quite a few bars and restuarants within a short walk. Food was another highlight of our holiday, there was always something to enjoy for the evening meal. Also british sausages for breakfast. The Superior Double room was enormous with a terrific view out to sea, sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset just raised your spirits every night. The hotel was exceptionally clean with plenty of facilities. We will return.

For such a large hotel only 3 lifts seems a little bit of a problem at meal times. Towels on sunbeds before breakfast, such an irritant.

Great location. So much to do in the area and only a short walk to lots of beach activities. Lots of restaurants on the front. Some more expensive than others. Nice pool areas. The breakfast was nice. Everything from a full english to more healthy, continental options. You can even walk to Siam Park in around 20 mins. All uphill though. Great hotel. All the staff were friendly. Glass of Kava on arrival. Free advice. If you visit Siam Park, it's worth spending a little extra on the fast pass.

It was all good!

I liked the facilities. The restaurant had seaview, as well as the coffee place and sunset bar. Watching the Sunset every night from a chill spot was a huge plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful!! The food was really good and the staff were attentive to people with allergies and intolerances!

My room. I requested seaview and was told that I should pay EUR60 extra per day for seaview. I politely declined ( I stayed 7 nights). I didn't have a balcony. I have been to the Canary 5 times, so far and it's the first time ever I get a room without balcony. It's not really practical to dry your towels and swimwear or simply to sit down and have a coffee first thing in the morning. My bedroom was a real let down. the hotel has direct access to the beach but it seems that only Privilege clients have access through that door.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Good selection of foods. Lunch was lovely with a great setting.

I was surprised there was no dedicated space on the beach for hotel guests.

The location was probably the best of all the hotels in the area. The food was good. Our room was fabulous. Definitely will stay at this hotel again. The staff were all great and provided excellent service from the time we arrived until we departed.

The welcome on arrival was exceptional. Cava and a seat overlooking the pool while they checked us in. Mariska the lady who worked around reception and also meeting and greeting people was incredible - her energy, enthusiasm for guest satisfaction and genuine interest in helping is unparalleled with any customer service we have ever experienced when travelling. Exceptional asset to the H10 team! Breakfast delicious, and the place is spotless. Its so clean. Excellent shower in bedroom, really strong power and hot water throughout the day.

The only minor issue was our room was downstairs and there was a slight smell. Maybe from the pool or maybe from the drains. It wasn't a big issue as once we opened the balcony door that looked out onto the pool area there was no smell!!! The carpet downstairs needs updating! Again not a big deal.

everything was perfect with my staying. Excellent position, close to the promenade and a lot of restaurants, clubs and convenience stores. I loved the swimming pools and the wonderful beach. Big room, perfect cleaning and polite staff.

The breakfast is OK, but I think the food quality must improve. Especially jams are very low quality, and I would have preferred to have a dispenser, instead of the open jars, for higher hygiene. I love the pancakes, but they were not among the breakfast offering.

The breakfast was lovely, the room and hotel was spotless. Location is excellent with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to the beach.

The gym was okay, but a few of the cardio machines have seen better days. But a good selection of weights and a nice separate room for classes. My room was with a pool / mountain view. I would avoild this is future as any room to the right side of the hotel as you look at it would definitely be able to hear the generator in the car park as I could on the 10th floor, I could also hear any performances going on in the pool area.
