Location is perfect and everything is near you. You can easily manage just by walking but there were lot of electric scooters etc. also available. There is a public parking spot just in front of the hotel and as hotel guest you can get 50% off from the normal price. Nice thing is that pool personnel gives tickets of reserving the pool benches and collects away the towels which were used to hog the pool places.

The past decades and need of maintenance starts to show in the rooms and the advert pictures gave a bit optimistic view. Toilet bowls are not attached properly, almost every door sticks of has flimsy lock, some times the availability of hot water is questionable (applies to room and general poor area bathroom). Bar/cafe terrace heaters were out of gas and ping-pong padels had seen better days. So lot of those small things which eat away the positive feeling of the place and would not be too expensive to fix. Nevertheless the pool area is really clean and well maintained.

Me and my girlfriend came on our first holiday together, and we could not have wished for a better resort and location. The staff at the hotel were smiley, helpful, and kind. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and the facilities were fantastic... cooking area (hobs & micro-oven), all necessary pots and pans, fridge, sink, sofa-bed, tables, TV, AC, fans, the list goes on! Honestly, we could have come to the hotel, and treated it like our own house. Was a truly fantastic experience and stay! The hotel breakfast buffet was brilliant. A vast choice of foods, both continental, and your typical fry-up on offer, fresh fruit, fresh pastry, fresh meats, fresh bread, cereals, there was more than you could imagine. The food was all hot, no luke-warm beans, or anything that would put you off your food. You had the lovely choice of eating inside or out, and in the mornings it was the perfect temperature to eat outside and enjoy the food, would highly recommend that you add breakfasts to your stay, did not notice any other restaurants in the local area even open until 11am earliest. The pool area was spacious, no cramming next to any randomers! Made it feel like a private pool experience, options of sitting in the shade, or in the sunlight, kids pool too, great area for families and couples. There was nightly entertainment on in the bar/restaurant area down by the pool. We personally did not attend the entertainment, but it was nice that it was not so loud that it was keeping you up at night, if you shut the balcony door, it was silent in the rooms. The hotel also gives you 10% off of the super-market just outside the hotel meaning you can get all necessary foods for any time of day with a little discount! Supermarket was open nearly every hour of the day! Honestly, the hotel was faultless in our opinion, we cannot believe it is a 3-star hotel! Thank you to the staff for making our stay a memorable one! 100% will be back!!!!!!!!!

Having to pay for a pool towel was a bit confusing. You cannot use any of the towels in your room, the lifeguards will tell you off. The towels were 5 euro per person, non-refundable, you do not get to keep the towel past your stay.

I didn't like that the cleaner only came in once in the week we were there I actually had to clean the apartment myself thru out the week the lifts were broke a lot so we had the walk the stairs and we were 6 floors up ...the area itself I hated it was very rough in the week we were there we saw 8 fights with the rough goers starting on the holiday goers they were everywhere most of them causing trouble making our holiday very uncomfortable..the lucky lucky men were in your face a lot I got robbed one of the days from one and they are constantly in your face asking you do you want Charlie/ cocaine ill never come back again was so anxious to get home at the end

Great location , right beside the beach and restaurants , only €4/€5 ina taxi to the main part. Lively view from balcony. Would definitely recommend this hotel !

Building going on in the hotel early in the morning Monday to Friday very noisy would wake my baby up every morning .my second time staying this hotel in the space of 3 years and both times I stayed there was very load building going on . They should inform you building will be going on when you arrive or a discount should be giving . If I would known this I would have changed hotels.

In the de facto heart of Southern part of Tenerife (best for partying and constant sun!)- nearest public beach is cca cca 50m away (Playa de las Americas), lots of Restaurants/dinning/rent-a-car and other facilities nearby. The staff was friendly, despite being super busy. The hotel is basically a renovated 90s "time-sharing" complex with some "art-deco" Miami flavour, located in the first line from the sea (the balcony with direct SEA-VIEW room: a must!!! just pay 20 EUR extra and enjoy the sunrise and sunset, with direct view on the "strip/avenue" ...). The rooms are large and kitchen is fully equiped (including all the main utensils, microwave and fridge ...), still some CAPEX is needed (small TV ...). The complex has a grocery store and bar in the pool area. The breakfast was OK: OK number of choises and good quality. Dinner was very cheap but sometimes lacked flavour (still: good value, if not picky: face it - You are not here for a culinary experience ...); live music once a week. The prices of drinks are "a little more than free", good value. Good free WiFi ("P2P friendly": torrents work OK ...). The outside pool is OK, maybe noisy (children rule this place ...) and large, still after 9 a.m. all the beds are taken. Did not use the parking (they indeed have private parking on the spot - which seems very busy, call in advance for availability). Plus/minus: the main party street in Playa de las Americas is cca 500-1000 meters away, but the micro-neighbourhood felt safe and quiet at night and no sound from discos can be heard (a big +, trust me on this one ...). To sum up: been to 3 different hotels in Tenerife with comparable prices and I found Palm Beach Hotel to be the best in term of price/value; I will never forget the balcony with sea-view and sounds ... To conclude: A good choice one if "mass-tourism" complexes hotels are Your thing (date of stay: 8/2022)

The sound-profing of the room could use some upgrade: the doors seem from another century. The private parking also seemed small - book in advance! The food sometimes lacked flavour, but it was acceptable in quality. (date of stay: 8/2022)

The shops attached to the hotel was really handy and also right infront of the beach. It was close to the sreip but also about 10 minute walk to Costa adeje one way which was nice for restaurants and a little quieter for families and about 30 mins to Los Cristianos which has a sandy coloured beach and seems more upper class. The hotel has lots of shops, restaurants around it. Rooms are good size and the standard rooms all have views of the pool and beach. Breakfast has everything you need, and you can eat outside as well. I would Defford book again. We were family and friends in 30's, 40's, 17, 20, 21 and a 1 year old. All staff were really friendly. Would I go there again? Yes all of us in the group would Defford go back.

The jacuzzi wasn't hot it was luke warm. Our toilet got blocked but was put on priority it was fixed the following day which was a but long although they did give us a room key for the same floor to use the toilet. It would be good if there was more regular music around the pool.

Just came back home from this lovely place. We stayed on 10 th floor in two bedroom studio and view was amazing. We were three of us .The staff was absolutely great. Reception staff, cleaners, animators, waiters. The rooms were bright and clean, the location was perfect. The pool area is super clean, the beach is a short distance from the hotel. Lots of nice restaurants around. Nice promenade. Clean beach . A varied breakfast. I recomend BBQ dinner. Was absolutely delicious and very nice show. I have no one bad word to say. We will be definitely back. You do great job guys! Well done♥️

When I booked I could only get a studio apartment as that was all that was available on booking. Com... I was able to email the apartment providers and I requested an upgrade, this I am happy to say worked a dream. Especially as I fractured my Fibula on my 2nd day. The reception staff were outstanding and helped me in every way possible. I had a fantastic time there even with my unfortunate mishap. We will definitely be coming back before the end of the year...

I cannot honestly find fault at all. From start to finish I found everyone very helpful.
