The best part of the apartment was the very large outside balcony/area which was well furnished.

For a stay of 7 nights you get one service mid stay. Towels changed and bins emptied. There was some bedding in the cupboard but only single size. I would have like to change the sheets. It would also be good to have some bathroom cleaner and a cloth. It should also be noted that unless you have pretty good fitness the up hill walk would be a real challenge.

This resort is amazing! Very clean, maintained and comfortable facilities. Highly recommend the room with a hut tob. Been using it every evening. The apartment has fully equiped kitchen, so you can cook nice meals. Also has a washing machine and ironing equipment. Very close to Siam mall, which I visited twice during my stay. It's a great mall.

The hill leading up to the resort is not fun at all. Best to stay here with a car, since there is a free parking. Also must note that cleaning service for the apartment is extra charge. Only changed towels once and emptied my trash once for a 6 day stay (that was free). The breakfast starts at 8:30, which is a bit late if you have activities planned for the mornings. The verity is not that great, but the food was nice and fresh.

the property was set back from the beach so you don’t get the constant hustle and bustle of all the people and noise. the staff could be seen cleaning and taking care of the community areas multiple times throughout the day and the common areas were very clean and nice. breakfast and dinner were included in our rate and both were excellent. I can’t stress how lovely all the staff were- even with 2 small kids. meals were also on an outdoor terrace with a beautiful view. the apartment was large and the terrace was also incredible with plenty of space, a table and chairs and Sun loungers.

the only downside of our stay were the bugs. we always seemed to have little bugs on the counters and ants in the bathroom. the rooms were still comfortable and spacious- a huge bonus!

The staff were really friendly and spoilt our little boy rotten! The kids club is excellent value. Apartments were clean and spacious with everything you need. Pool was great, small pool for kids was ideal.

As everyone says the hill walk to town/beach is a bit of a pain but we always got taxis back which were easy to find and cheap

The staff were lovely, everyone down to the cleaning staff.

The pool side is lifeless , no music ,kids cant play with toys in pool not even a ball , and for music ,come on guys thats a bit poor that you cant even have a bot of personnel music be your bed.very poor.

A wonderful view and comfortable rooms, very nice balcony. The kitchen had all necessary utilities- dishwasher, oven and even the big fridge.

Breakfast was not a buffet style, it means you need to pay for any additional coffee or juice. This seemed a bit weird and not as usual.

The pool is lovely, the weather wasn't great when we visited so to have a heated pool is a real bonus. The staff are great and were extremely helpful when my daughter cut her foot. We had the deal which included breakfast, which was great and breakfast was from 9-11am so perfect time without having to rush around. We paid extra for a hot tub, which was lovely and extremely well maintained, however we really didn't use it as much as we thought we would. After being in the pool all afternoon, we didn't want to get wet again! Our apartment was lovely and spacious, there were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and the children slept on a sofa bed in the lounge. There's plenty of free parking if you hire a car,

The hotel is on quite a steep hill, which we liked because at least we felt we were doing some exercise, but anyone with mobility issues would need to either drive or get taxis to and from the town.

lovely team who work there, small and personal but with lots of amenities such as a clean warm swimming pool, 2 good restaurants and a bar as well as organised games and activities. very easy to book trips/excursions at the hotel and we enjoyed all of them. room was very clean and had everything we needed and had air-con if needed.

I didn’t mind this- but it is a steep hill to walk up to get back to the restaurant if you go for dinner in town/near the beach. it wasn’t a long trip though- 15mins ish. taxi’s available easily if you didn’t want to walk it.

The view was amazing. Lovely sea views and large terrace was very nice to relax and take in the scenery. We were very happy with the overall cleanliness of the complex. We did not see one bug while there and the cleaners were constantly cleaning everything. Luckily there were always sunbeds around the pool which was nice and the sunrise bar/restaurant was a nice place to have coffee and lunch. Pools very nice. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Very helpful and always with a smile.

The noise problems that came from furniture being pulled around in other apartments. It echoed very badly and seemed like the people above us were constantly moving furniture which was quite annoying. Maybe carpet pads on the furniture could prevent this? The furniture could be updated a bit, especially the sofa. A little uncomfortable. Also the kitchen equipment wasn't great. We only had 2 cooking utensils and 2 knives. Maybe a bit more investment and inventory check for the kitchen tools.
