the pool was amazing and the poolside bar. good food and pram accessible :) staff were very pleasant and hardworking, view was amazing too. cot was provided for free, hairdryer with 20 deposit, fan (25 for a week with 10 deposit) and tv remote (10 deposit) we didn’t take much advantage of the entertainment but there was something on every night by the looks of it and looked very entertaining. literally 5 mins from aqua land and Siam park

could do with a refurb, tiles and cupboards slightly old and damaged to far from the nightlife, restaurants and shops but we had a car so wasn’t too much of an issue for us. small car park so didn’t always get a space.

The apartment and the facilities were great, perfect for a holiday. The staff were very helpful and friendly! The resort even offered a shuttle bus to the beach three times a day. Overall the resort was perfect for the price.

The location of the resort. It is walking distance to the beach and I enjoyed my walk there - passing the cafes and shops on the way, but there was a hill near the resort which was slightly challenging especially after a long day. The resort did offer a shuttle but it only goes 3 times a day and may not be convenient for everyone.

The location is stunning, the views are exceptional. The resort is up a short hill but anyone with a reasonable level of fitness would manage it. The view from our balcony made the short but steep walk up the hill well worth it. For a budget resort this is a great option. Our kids loved it and we were close to everything we needed. Will definitely return!

The walk ways around the resort are badly in need of repair, the tiles are loose, chipped and dangerous. Repairing them would make such a difference to how well the place looks.

Food was excellent. Location was OK. Staff were brilliant 👏. Overall I really enjoyed my stay thank you.

There is no Internet. And the TV has no news channels and very little English channels 🙄

good value for money, I was half board , but I upgraded to all inclusive.. thought it would be nice to have a few drinks too ( cocktails ) maybe

the all inclusive wasn’t worth it , wasn’t too bad for food , but pool side lunch snacks were the same every day .. cocktails were not included and on certain drinks were , so was not worth upgrading to all inclusive if you wanted a certain drink you had to pay , and they never did cocktails anyway. and one even I went to dinner and they had nothing left .. not even a drop of soup

The complex has a huge pool with plenty of loungers and umbrellas and a pool bar as well as a restaurant although we didn't use this. The view from our apartment B12 was wonderful with both sea and mountain views. The apartment is a good size with a separate bathroom and bedroom and has a kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and hob as well as its own hot water boiler. The apartment also had a free safe, and a TV where you have to leave a 10 euro deposit for the remote. The complex also provides a free bus into the town centre but this finishes at 17-15hrs.

As with most of the cheaper accommodation on Tenerife it is up a very steep and long hill so be careful if you are not fit but the taxi's from the centre are very cheap and are all willing to take you up the hill.

Our balcony never got the sun, and I noticed this was the case for most on our side of building, the fact after paying deposit 10euros for remote for telly, there was no English speaking station to watch,, reception was poor on TV also. The fact it was 20 euros to get a hairdryer. Even tho this was refundable as was deposit for remote, it was chilly at night and no extra blankets in apartment

Plenty of room around the pool, clean room. Staff were lovely. Great value for money.

Food is hit and miss, we're not fussy eaters but there were some meal times where we couldn't get anything we fancied. Really struggled with the slopes this time, up and down those everyday is hard work.

I stayed with my girlfriend and we enjoyed ourselves a lot, the hotel is located on a hill which gives you great views but if you don't rent a car and you are planning to walk bear in mind that is a hill. The taxis around the area are cheap and easy to find it. I would say this hotel is a great option for the price that you are paying.

Pest control could be improved, you could find cockroaches in the facilities, however, I believe this is an issue on the whole island, because of the warm weather.
