Nice clean good sized apartment, fantastic sea view.The sunset 🌇 was amazing.Friendly helpful staff Would definitely stay again. Location was close to shops,Restaurants and beach ⛱ 😎.

This apartment is all about value for money. It was spacious and as we were on the 4th floor, it had a lovely sea and pool view. The bed was comfy enough and the pillow was fine. We didn't hear much noise from our neighbours. All the staff we dealt with were really nice. The pool beds had mattresses, and there were enough of them for when we stayed.

The furniture and fittings were a bit worn, but these were all very minor things that didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay. E.g. peeling furniture veneer, loose drawer runners, loose cupboard hinges, fridge door shelf held in place with an old loose screw, shower head spraying in all directions. But if you want somewhere fully modernised then, of course, you'd expect to pay more. There was no fan or aircon but at this time of year it wasn't necessary, could be a problem in the summer.

Lovely pool, clean room and friendly staff

I requested a late checkout as our flight was at night. The lady on reception the morning before did not seem interested and said there was no availability. I asked about a shower room to use. She said that the only shower was the pool showers and no soap could be used. This spoilt my last day which happened to be my birthday. That evening there was a man in reception, I think his name was Pedro. I asked him again could we pay for a late checkout. He said yes, no problem at all as our room had not been booked out. This was a relief but highlighted a massive difference in customer service.

We had a fabulous time at this little apartment. It had everything we needed for our short stay, including a small kitchen, allowing us to prepare a few meals and save some money. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful and let us store our bags when we arrived too early for check-in. There was a beautiful looking pool, but we didn't swim in it. The complex felt nice and safe, and was just a couple of blocks from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. There were at least two supermarkets and a couple of eateries within a minute walk from the front door. Highly reccommend this apartment.

Nice complex in a good location with a heated pool. Our one bedroom apartment was well furnished and comfortable. The third floor balcony had a beautiful view of the pool area and the ocean. The parking lot is in front of the hotel. It was very gratifying that CAVA was waiting in the fridge! Thanks a lot!

There were not enough power socket. One in the kitchen, one in the living room, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. We boiled the coffee water in the bathroom because we were using the microwave or the toaster in the kitchen at the same time. When the TV was playing in the room, the laptop/phone could not be charged.

Big room, good kitchen with everything you need. private parking! In general parking in Playa America's is a big problem, so private parking is a Huge plus. Location is very good, it's 600m from one of the warmest beaches, cheap Dialprix supermarket right near the hotel, Hyperdino 10 mins from hotel. nice pool, nice view from balcony. Surprisingly good hot and cold water pressure.

Mattress were too soft and uncomfortable. But not awful, so for that price it's still ok.

Great hotel to stay in Playa de las Americas, near the main street. It is away from the main road so it is still very quiet. Room was big and clean, kitchen fully equipped, nice and clean bathroom, balcony overlooking the pool area. Big parking lot in front of the hotel that belongs to the hotel, so parking spots were always available free of charge. Fast WiFi. Supermarket in front of the hotel, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Over all a great hotel for a great price.

This apartment hotel is located about 5+ minutes from the beach, and 5+ minutes walk to the Siam mall. There were adequate amount of sunbeds, both at the pool and also on the top floor. The apartments are fully equipped and Wifi was fast. Excellent grocery store just one minute away.

TV are getting old and no connectivity to modern devices. Pool bar closes 16:00 and no other bar in the hotel but there is a bar just outside the hotel.

VEry good location. Very good size of the appartment, kitchen included. Nice view from the balcony.
